Bought a car off west motors really helpful at first then they asked if I would like the warranty to go with I said no but they kept pressing me to take it knowing I had to drive back to south wales they said once the car leaves the premises in is all on me if anything goes wrong so I reluctantly took the warranty knowing I was going to cancel but they won’t let me cancel and sending me demanding letters to pay them

Had a great experience. The company had a great selection of vehicles which left me chuffed purchasing my new family wagon. Had an exceptional customer service experience from a chap called Salim who guided me through the whole process effectively! Will definitely be visiting again

I had same experience as Tony Lilly, paid for a car and waited 2 weeks to collect! Driving home .. brakes failed… got home ok and car was picked up and done in 3 weeks!… the courtesy car they gave me broke down on a bridge! Gear box failure! Both sales guys unhelpful and the company is a con..
AVOID AT ALL COSTS..get a car from a normal Main Dealer you are then covered and you won’t pay more.. their warranty stuff is a con they make money out of that and selling finance.

We had a good experience here at West Motors, staff were welcoming and very polite. Massive selection of different cars to choose from.

My sales advisor was Ahmed, very polite and professional, a credit to the company to say the least.

I looked at a few cars within my budget but Ahmed pointed out one car that had just arrived, we had a look at it and decided to take it for a test drive, it drove beautifully!

Ahmed advised us of the different warranty options available and explained the Guard-X process. There was no pressure to buy the Guard-X or warranty but we did anyway…for peace of mind.

Terrible Experience at West Motors: Beware of Their Deceptive Practices

I am writing this review to share my incredibly negative experience with West Motors, a car dealership that I recently had the misfortune of dealing with. I feel compelled to warn others about their unethical practices and the problems I encountered just two days after purchasing a car from them.
Despite numerous attempts to reach out to them regarding the issues I faced, I have received no respond to my emails or any form of meaningful assistance. It's clear that once they have your money, they have no interest in providing any post-sales support or addressing your concerns.

Furthermore, the car's diagnostics revealed several faults that were conveniently cleared prior to my purchase. This indicates that the dealership knowingly sold me a faulty vehicle, hoping that I wouldn't notice. This level of deceit and dishonesty is absolutely unacceptable.
The dealership sold me warranty products that were not new, despite assuring me otherwise. To make matters worse, these products were ridiculously overpriced, and I was charged a whopping £1700 for them. It's clear that the dealership was more interested in making a quick buck than providing genuine value to their customers

It's important to note that all the positive reviews you may come across about this dealership are undoubtedly fake. They are a deliberate attempt to mislead potential customers and create a false image of reliability and trustworthiness. Please don't fall for their deceptive tactics.

I have taken the necessary steps to lodge complaints with Trading Standards and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regarding the dealership's unethical practices. It is my hope that these regulatory bodies will take appropriate action to prevent others from falling victim to their deceitful behavior.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against using West-Motors for any car purchases or services. They have proven themselves to be unscrupulous and willing to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and financial loss by seeking a reputable and trustworthy dealership instead.
