It went very smoothly and did not wait long to go in. I had my treatment done then had it all explained what will happen next time I come. Also if I have any problems what to do , then paid at the desk and left.

Had 3 extractions done at once. Didn't feel any pain at all just some tugging and pulling which is to be expected. So kind and thoughtful throughout to a very, very nervous patient 😬 Receptionist was also lovely as well. Received a call 24 hrs later to check up on me. Great Service 👍

Dr Chris Herd is a top class dentist who planned and carried out my treatment with great care and precision.
It was clearly apparent that the quality of the work he had undertaken was of great importance to him.
I value his advice on dental matters and trust him to always do an excellent job. In addition to the above, he’s also a really friendly and pleasant man.

I made a call to West End dental Prestatyn when I was suffering a bad tooth ache while on holiday nearby. I filled in the forms that they sent by txt just like my own dentist. Fortunately there is a free carpark near bye and I was seen within 20 minutes of arriving.

Chris Heard the dentist along with his assistant was excellent I could not have asked for a better dentist. I am a nervous of dentists but they made it very relaxing I could not recommend WestEnd Dental Prestatyn enough. Anyone needing a dentist I would recommend them emphatically. They are so good.
