1/ I got what I wanted
2/ At a reasonable price
3/ It was delivered on time. This was good as I was on holiday at the time decorating

Boxes are great as always
Boxes are great as always. But please stop using Parcelfarce. They delivered to the wrong address (and not for the first time) and I then had to go and do their work.

My apologies for the poor service you've received from our courier. ParcelForce tend to be very good in most situations but it can occasionally fall apart with the final link in the chain. Easy to order
Easy to order, prompt delivery and product as expected. My order was for stacking frames for A4 boxes. Self assembly was quick and easy. Multiple frame stack on top of one another. Would be useful to have some way of securing to a wall as there is a fair amount of sway when stacked and loaded.

Although various colours from an end of run where the colour has faded, they are still in brilliant condition and half the price. Better than throwing them away. This applies to various sizes. Almost perfect…
The products offered for sale are well made and represent good value. However, I have dropped the rating by one star as they no longer offer "black" among the colour choices preventing completion of a long-term project of moving items out of cardboard containers to a neat unified system. Such is life!

I'm very sorry about the Black boxes being discontinued. They suffered more from scuffing than our other colours and over time we received a number of complaints about them. I can understand the frustration of not being able to finish a long term project though so can only apologise.
