Despite the lovely range of colours
Despite the lovely range of colours, it is disappointing to see that the boxes do not keep shut. The lids are loose and therefore defeat the purpose of being a box. I have secured mine with an elastic band to keep it shut.

Good sturdy product
Good product. I have been fortunate enough to watch these being formed. The product is well made and does it's job. Clicking the frame together was tricky in parts, but I accomplished it. I use it for cross stitch bits and bobs. Would buy again.

Hi Laura. We do not collect VAT on EU orders so part of the charge would be the VAT at your local rate to your local authority.
We do explain on our website that any order which ships into the EU may incur customs charges hence the DAP shipping service, but I understand that this is still a frustrating scenario.
We will look at making our EU order / shipping details even more visible so that EU customers understand the charges that will be applied to their orders.

Fast support on a sharp deadline
I'm thankful for the very fast respons when buying 200 storage boxes for our small business pick a picture in Copenhagen. You provided very useful information about the challenges of costum. It was hard to get the parcels out of DK-costums, but we actually made it in time!
Our client, a mayor danish energy company, was pleased that we could deliver our pick a picture boxes – a dialogical tool that makes people talk, as promised.
