Very good products
Very good product. I use dozens of the A4 and A5 craft boxes to store my Lego bricks. They keep their shape over time much better than cheaper boxes.
The transparent boxes show the contents well when I need to see what's stored in them. I'll buy more as my collection grows.

Wat een ellende en onverwachte extra kosten
Ik heb betaald en ook voor verzendingskosten, nu komt daar nog eens €50,19 bij voor Bpost. Zo wordt mijn bestelling pokkeduur. Daar werd eerder niets over gezegd. Uiteindelijk zou ik dan maar betalen maar nu is alles geblokkeerd. Ik vrees dat ik straks alles kwijt ben, de hulplijn van WestonBoxes is ook waardeloos. Ik wacht af en hoop deze resentie ooit te kunnen aanpassen. Nu is 1 ster nog te veel !!!
We hebben betaald voor een EORI-NUMMER maar nog steeds wordt deze zending geblokkeerd ....
De mails met WestonBoxes zijn niet behulpzaam, we worden telkens doorverwezen

Hi Martine, I understand that there are ongoing issues with your shipment being held by EU customs due to lack of EORI number.
We do clearly state during our checkout process that all shipments going to EU businesses MUST HAVE AN EORI NUMBER.
The unfortunate situation is that you did not supply an EORI, and, your business name was mistaken for an individuals name and so your order was dispatched without an EORI as they are not required for individuals. Under normal circumstances if an EU business orders from us and does not supply an EORI - we do not dispatch the order until we have made contact with that business, requested and received their EORI.
I hope you can communicate with EU customs and supply the information that they require in order to resolve the situation. They will not contact us and we do not have any way of contacting them.
Please keep us updated and let us know if we can assist.

Items arrived promptly and were as described, unfortunately one box was damaged in the post however my email was responded to quickly and I received a replacement shortly afterwards, excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend

Customer Service absolutely A1. I ordered the wrong item and a gentleman at Weston Boxes was VERY helpful.
After I ordered the right item all came timely with vg communication etc.
All boxes were packaged properly nothing damaged.
