Communication needs inproving…
Once I ordered I heard nothing back no name of courier etc. Even though your initial email stated I would recieve the tracking info. A week later I contacted you only to find out the courier has been trying to contact me. I had not received no call , after the phone call I then received an email from the courier giving me a delivery date. In the end the logs were delivered . Quality was OK.
My only ask is that If you hear from the supplier about having problems contacting the buyer, for you to drop a note to the customer to inform them.

Rubbish delivery experience
Pellets are great but sadly, yet again, delivery was a problem. Bags had slipped sideways on the pallet so couldn't be unloaded by the driver. What a palaver.
