WC dreckig . Fehlendes Toilettenpapier. Sonst sauber. Überteuerte Läden. Sprüngli war auch nicht das was es mal war. Im food Bereich nicht ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten. Flieger abgehend oft verspätet. Ausschilderung zu den Parkhäusern schlecht in den Navigationssystemen hinterlegt. Nicht warm / gemütlich genug im wartebereich....

Gate A WC dreckig ,überall liegt Papier am Boden, kein WC Papier , keine Seife was für eine Schande. Bin in den letzten 2Monaten 3x von Gate A geflogen (A79/A81) immer gleich dreckig. Personal am Gate A unfreundlich und spricht nicht mal unsere Sprache, deutsch!!! Unötige Zeitverschwendung , beim einsteigen, was ich in anderen Flughäfen nicht sehe, unproffesionell.

Ich kann nicht verstehen warum fast alle nur Negativ berichten..das Personal das ich traf und fragte war nett und hilfsbereit,der Parkhaus Service den ich anrief weil mein Parktiket verloren gegangen ist,gab mir höflichst Anweisungen wie ich über Kontrollschild mein Auto raus bekomme...und das da nun so viele Geschäfte sind,muss man doch jedem selbst überlassen ob er etwas kauft oder nicht ..mein Flug ging Pünktlich los und kam auch am selben Tag pünktlich an...

It‘s unbelievably ridiculous how they solve problem with broken train from the e terminal.
1 bus is not enough to replace the train. People were waiting 40+ minutes to get transferred.

Es erschließt sich mir nicht, wie dieser Flughafen zum X-ten mal den World-Travel-Award gewinnen konnte. Ich lach mich schlapp!! Alles ist eng und unübersichtlich. Man bekommt das Gefühl, dass alle paar Jahre aus Kapazitätsgründen was angebaut worden ist. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und herablassend, grabscht fremdes Gepäck an und belöffelt Fluggäste. Die Preise für Essen/Trinken, Souvenirs oder Bekleidung liegen im astronomischen Bereich. Wer soll die ganzen Uhren kaufen?? Toiletten genauso “sauber” wie in Frankfurt. Einzig positiv, es ging halbwegs pünktlich weiter. Im Vergleich zu Schiphol, Barajas, Changi oder O' Hare ein beschis…er (Sorry, darf man nicht mehr schreiben) kleiner Provinz-Airport. Keine Empfehlung!

Rude passport control staff!! Despite being a resident, I was always treated like I should have been deported. They always have this super annoyed face when I show my documents (and I always greet them first with Grüezi or Hello!). Just today, the staff threw my passport and permit back at me. So unnecessary. I wouldn’t have moved here if it wasn’t for my partner. And btw, the signage is really not that clear to tell which queue is for transit and which queue is for exit. So bad that I have to go through this nonsense unfair treatment every time where I travel internationally. It really doesn’t hurt to smile and speak normally instead of a grumpy rude person who is constantly in a sour mood and speaks with such hostility. I don’t know the names of the staff who treated me so badly throughout these years, but I hope you all have a bad day everyday at work. Took me long enough to write this review.

My car was 3 weeks on P60 parked (ZRH147250150830) and an animal jumped into Motor and then in air conditioning system and make some damages - total 700 euros to fix all and plus 300 euros for the parking, total 1.000 euro for 3 weeks there!
From the Customer Relations team/leader I received "sorry this is your issue, nothing to do with us" and pointed the pdf with the "general Conditions".
The extra insurance offered during the parking booking was not contracted due we didn`t know that the animal control there is so poor and inefficient!
I would advice to include a disclaimer during the booking process "P60 high risks for Animal damage - inefficient animal control - we don`t follow on P60 the Airport security and quality standards" - so we can take a much better decision based on reality avoiding P60, pay for the extra insurance or avoid completely the Airport.
Customer "poor" Relations is not helping anything hiding behind the PDF "General Conditions".
It´s important to say that I and my family received a high standard and outstanding support from the internal airport team (security) during the visit there so the issue here is only with P60 & Customer "poor" Relations team.
I will be happy to receive an escalation contact from a different team and find a fair solution!

Ich finde es völlig überflüssig, dass die Weihnachtsbeleuchtung im shopping schon jetzt hängt.es erschlägt einem fast vor lauter Lichterleuchten, wenn man vom Zug oder von der Busstation reinkommt.Einfach übertrieben und passt nicht zur jetzigen Herbsstimmung!

Staff are cold, rude, aggressive and extremely unfriendly - I mean it. Unbelievable customer care - Zero customer service. Need to train your staff how to treat travelers .

Connection time is always short - either you or your luggage is guarantee to miss the connecting flight!!

I am an African and with a British passport still...I was asked where "do I live in the UK" (on transit to UK) - shocking..shame on you!!

Die Koffer für Businessclass werden leider immer öfter später auf das Band geschickt als für E onomy... und dafür.bezahlt man dann auch noch extra.

Dieser Airport ist unschweizerisch..eine Zumutung sondergleichen...immer diese Verspätungen...Heute habe ich fast den Anschlussdlug ab Amsterdam verpasst...40min zu spät Starterlaubnis erhalten! Eine Sxgweinerei...bin Vielflieger und es passiert DAUERND!!

I have done a lot of travelling in my time, and Zurich Airport is by far the worst airport environment I have been in. The staff are cold, hostile and act like it's an inconvenience if you ask them a simple, reasonable question. Although unfortunately a relatively accurate representation of my experience in Switzerland in general - the locals are very unfriendly to foreigners. Avoid this airport at all costs.

Ineffizienz sowie verbreitet auftretende Inkompetenz seitens verschiedener Swiss-Mitarbeitenden lassen unzweifelhaft auf eklatante strukturelle Mängel schliessen, was den angeblich ‚besten‘ Flughafens Europas in einem zwiespältigen Licht erscheinen lässt.

Gepäck service absolut schlecht. Des Airports absolut unwürdig.

Durchsage dazu unverständlich,
Dann kam Gepäck völlig durchnässt an. Wurde wohl einfach die ganze Zeit im Regen stehen gelassen. Nicht entschuldbar. Einfach keine Kundenorientierung. Unwürdig.

Seit rund 3 Jahren jeder Abflug mit rund 60 Minuten Verspätung.
Sogar bereits bei einem Flug um 06.20 Uhr.
Vermutlich sind vööööllig unverhofft weitere Flugzeuge aufgetaucht. Oder ein Schneesturm im Sommer.
Vielleicht wäre die Anschaffung einer Uhr oder Agenda hilfreich.

Gefühlt jeder Flieger (auch morgens um 6) startet zu spät

Ankunft 22.25, Gepäck um 23.15 noch nicht mal auf Band. Unzumutbar!

Two times, my luggage is lost and damage. The airline (swiss) took no responsibility or compansation. It is chaotic and the customer service is zero.

Verspätung, bei Ankunft kein Parking für Flugzeug, als das Problem gelöst war, musste jemand gefunden werden, der die Brücke fahren kann, die Hälfte der Gepäckstücke relativ schnell geliefert, die andere Hälfte wartet immer noch, seit 20 Min. ECHT JETZT
