Been Waiting almost a MONTH for delivery!

I ordered paint almost a month ago and I STILL haven't received anything. I messaged to say I wanted to know what was happening otherwise I needed to cancel, and still no reply 5 days later. I have used YES before and love their blue - but I know you can find it elsewhere and they will deliver ON TIME. I want to cancel my order but there's no way of cancelling!

I have painted my whole flat using…

I have painted my whole flat using Yescolours paints. The plastic pouches are much less hassle less messy to use handle than paint in a tin!

Also the quality of the colours pigmentation is as good as the big name paint brands.

One of my paint colours was a limited charity edition with some of the profits going to a mental health charity. So that's also a plus in my book.

Excellent paint and a company that made things right

Final update after using the paint.

After some initial issues with communication and dispatch delays, the company handled the situation very professionally. They followed up personally, applied a partial refund, and ensured the order was dispatched quickly.

The paint has now arrived and I’ve had the chance to use it, and the quality is excellent. The finish is a beautiful, deep matte with a very pleasant tone, exactly what I was hoping for.

While the process had a few bumps at the beginning, the way the team handled the situation and the quality of the product ultimately made this a very positive experience.

Update after delivery.

The order has now arrived in good condition and as expected. While the initial process involved delays and some communication issues, the way the situation was handled afterwards was professional and considerate.

The team took responsibility, followed up personally, applied a partial refund, and ensured the order was dispatched promptly.

There is still room for improvement in terms of upfront communication and order management, but the final outcome and customer support were genuinely positive.

Based on the full experience so far, I’m happy to update this to four stars.

I’ve used YesColours in my lounge after…

I’ve used YesColours in my lounge after a consultation with them. I was going to go with beige, but after my chat, I decided life was too short not to have bright colours in my home! I’m so pleased I did. I painted it pink and yellow, and even on the gloomiest day my lounge is bright. The paint applied beautifully and was not patchy at all. Will definitely use again! Fantastic customer service too

An amazing paint company with a brilliant ethos!

I've used Yes Colours 3 times now. All 3 colours, Serene Pink, Loving Neutral and Dirty Olive have been brilliant. They are intense, vivid, and highly saturated colours, which I've never come across in any other brands. The customer service is flawless and my delivery times for all 3 orders have been very quick and efficient. Best of all, the packaging is recyclable and the paint is vegan.

I can’t stop going back for more!! Absolutely love this paint. Aside from great coverage and super easy packaging, it’s really inspired me to turn my grey boxy house into something I’m really proud of! Great paint, great team, thank you for helping make my house a home to feel good in!

Top notch...

Brilliant experience from start to finish 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Can’t fault Yes Colours at all. I wasn’t sure what to expect ordering paint online but everything was spot on. The paint quality is proper premium, the colour came out perfect once it dried, and it’s held up really well. You can tell it’s made to a high standard.

Order arrived fast, no mess, no drama, and the price felt fair for the quality. I’ll 100% be ordering again and recommending to friends/family.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality paint & great service

I ordered paint from Yes Colours and I’m genuinely impressed. The colour was exactly as advertised, the coverage was really good, and it went on smoothly with a great finish. Delivery was quick, packaging was solid, and the whole process from ordering to arrival was easy and hassle-free.

Really happy with the result and I’ll definitely be using Yes Colours again. Highly recommend.

Great coverage and customer service

Colours are unique, bold and exactly what we were after.

We usually get colours mixed at Dulux trade from samples - however the coverage and pigment of the samples convinced us to buy direct from YES.

We've used Electric Orange, which required 4 coats to overcome the dark wood of the fireplace. Topped with a UV varnish - recommended by a Yes colour specialist it's lasted really well for 3 years.

We've also used the Electric Blue on some rough walls in our garden for that Moroccan, Jardin Majorelle feel. again great coverage and the colour has lasted almost three years outside in UK weather!

My only small gripe is the 1L packs - I want to be able to extract the very last bit of paint from them but it gets stuck in the folds and seals.

Although next time we'll be buying the 2.5L tubs to overcome this

Non existent customer service

It took me over 3 weeks to place an order with YesColours, they have almost no customer service or support. Once my order finally shipped, they didn't provide a shipping or tracking number or respond to provide one. I still haven't received anything. I've reached out to them at least 10 times with no response.

We can see that you contacted us during our Christmas closure, and while we always do our very best to support our customers wherever possible, responses during this period can understandably be a little slower than usual. We did reply during the closure in this instance, and we’re sorry if the timing of our response caused any inconvenience.

In relation to the tracking information, bespoke orders are processed slightly differently from standard website purchases, which is why tracking details aren’t issued automatically in the usual way. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience around this.

As a very small team, we kindly ask that customers allow up to 24 hours for a response. We almost always reply much sooner, and we truly appreciate your patience while we ensure each enquiry is handled with care and attention that you as our valued YesColours customer absoloutley deserves.

Ordered end of November to then receive…

Ordered end of November to then receive an email saying their fulfilment provider is being switched so orders are paused until 11th Dec and then it will be next day delivery.

Here we are just before Christmas and no paint, when I specifically ordered at the end of the previous month to do it when I had time off.

Promise a 24hr response but not lived up to promise. I just want the product you took my money for back in November.

No website should be accepting orders if they can't access stock which is apparently being changed to a new provider. You've taken my money and so far no promise of a product

The delay in dispatch was caused by our transition to a new fulfilment provider, which temporarily paused all orders. Whilst this was noted on both the cart and checkout page, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused to your project, especially when you were planning to use the paint during your time off.

While we always aim to respond within 24 hours, response times can be longer during busier periods such as Christmas, and we are very sorry for any disappointment this may have caused.

Wow! Yes to colour!

Wow! Love these colours. Ordered Iconic Orange, it did not disappoint. Swift delivery, well packaged. Paint covers large area, colours are true and effect stunning. Would highly recommend.

Yes colours paint is delightful! One coat and the job is done which shows the high standard quality. Customer support are super fast and detailed on the reply’s. The packaging is next level. Definitely found my new paint company

Poor experience damaged goods

The paint arrived late and damaged, the replacement wouldn’t have come in time, only a partial refund was offered, and we ended up out of pocket sourcing last-minute paint. Poor service.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. While damage in transit can occasionally occur, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given your time constraints with the decorator. Upon review, we can see that a replacement was offered but was unfortunately declined due to these time constraints. A partial refund was accepted for the damaged item after you kindly expressed you wished to keep it, and a full refund was offered should you have preferred to return it. This offer still stands if you would like to return the item to us.

Regrettably, the damaged item coincided with courier delays, which regrettably are more frequent than usual due to the Black Friday period, and this affected the delivery timeline on this occasion.
