Amazing company, gorgeous colours and wonderful service
I ordered some swatches which got lost in the post. When I emailed YesColours about this, they replied straightaway apologising and offered to resend the swatches as well as any additional ones I would like as a gift, which I thought was incredibly kind. They resent my swatches with fast shipping and also gave me a 15% off discount code as an apology, again this was unnecessary as they had done nothing wrong but such a lovely gesture. The swatches arrived and all the colours were beautiful. We chose “Joyful Lilac” and used our 15% discount code to purchase, as well as some further swatches for another room. I cannot fault the team for their customer service, everyone I spoke to was so kind and couldn’t be more helpful. I will definitely be ordering again and will recommend to friends and family.

Delivered strong, bold beautiful colour
The brightest, most vibrant paint on the market. I love strong bold colours and nowhere delivers that like YesColours!

Patchy
I wanted to paint a rectangle on the wall in the kitchen 2.5m by 1.5m. I ordered a litre of ‚loving orange’ colour and I’m on the 2nd coat now it’s it’s patchy as hell… I still have a bit of paint left but 1 litre (especially considering the price) should be more than enough to get good coverage on that and I honestly think the 3rd coat won’t do the job either. I used lust paint the last time I painted, for the same area, it took only two coats and it looked much better... Now I need to order another litre and wait for it to arrive to finish. Not happy

Stunning colours, brilliant quality paint
Yes Colours provide really unusual and exciting paints of exceptional quality. We decorated one room in a combination of Malagasy Coral and Joyful Orange, and another in Electric Mint Green and are thrilled with both of them. The high pigmentation means we’ve overshot by almost half both times on how much paint would be required. Highly recommend!
Excellent products and customer service
I have had the best customer service from Yes Colour (and Kerrin) after I failed to prep appropriately. The colours are absolutely beautiful, very vivid and the paint itself is very easy to apply.
Beautiful colours and exceptional service
I absolutely love YesColours for so many reasons. Their colour range is beautifully saturated without leaning into childish and the paint has gorgeous texture and depth when you get it on the wall. I've recently been decorating a number of rooms entirely using YesColours and using the "goes well with" prompts I was able to easily pick a suitable neutral to make the gorgeous colours I chose really pop. More importantly, their service is excellent. I've been particularly high maintenance with a couple of requests and bits of feedback while I've been working on these rooms and their team (particularly Kerrin) have been extremely accommodating, going out of their way to ensure the smoothest possible experience. Thanks YesColours, I'll be back soon for colour drenching more rooms in my house!

I recently purchased YesColours paint for my walls, and I am thoroughly impressed with both the product and the company's client service. The paint quality is exceptional, providing excellent coverage and a smooth, durable finish. The color was true to the sample and brought new life to my space.
Really nice paint and very good service
I'd ordered the electric blue masonry paint for use on some render outdoors and it didn't go as far as suggested on the packaging so I explained to customer support and Kerrin sent me a discount code so that when I ordered more I didn't pay for postage again. After completing the second coat I'm so happy with how it's turned out I'm thinking of ordering Passionate Yellow for my kitchen after being a bit disappointed with a different brand. The paint is a joy to use, so creamy and no nasty smell, I keep looking for things to paint!
My fave brand I love to tell friends about!
Really impressed with this company's service. I had bought a few paint pouches from them and realised a couple of months later that I couldn't use one of them in my bathroom (since you shouldn't use matt paint for this). At first I worried about wasting a litre of paint, but eventually I thought it was worth a shot emailing to see if I could return it (as it was unopened). I'm glad I did as Kerrin said that I could return it and receive store credit. This goes to show that YesColours are as environmentally friendly as they claim to be. Plus communication was friendly with quick responses. I'm so excited to start decorating my new home with my YesColours paints. They're the most beautiful colours. Also, GENIUS packaging design!

Really helpful colour consultation with Emily. I now have much more clarity on what I want the room to feel like and what kind of colour can do that… I realise now that the super bold colours I was thinking of using before we spoke really didn’t match the vibe of the room at all. Would definitely recommend :)

The company reached out apologizing and completed my refund as I had requested. I am a fan of bright colors and I am happy to not have to write off one of the companies that seems to be getting this trend right

I never received my shipment. After I requested a refund and followed up a couple of times I only receive refund for the paint itself, not for shipping which accounted for almost half the expense given these are shipped from the Uk. Super disappointed with the whole experience.

Ace Free Colour Consultation
I met with Emily one of Yes Colours Colour Consultants and it was a magical experience. We conducted everything via What's App, I wasn't quite sure how it would work but Emily took a quick look at my room asked me a few really key questions and was able to offer me some awesome colour advice and followed up with a simple colour mood board. Emily has a natural eye for colour and a great energy. Looking forward to ordering my paints to try.
Impressive quality, Impressive costumer service
We ordered 5L of fresh lilac to paint our daughter's nursery room, after seeing the colour in a friend's house (and absolutely falling in love with it). It is just absolutely gorgeous and the quality of the paint is superb. We usually buy the standard brand (D___x) paint at Homebase but decided to invest in a nicer brand. Absolutely no regrets, and to be honest I doubt we will ever go back to standard paint, YesColours is much easier to apply to other paints, the coverage is impressive and dries beautifully even in the hands of my beloved (but not so great DIYer) husband. We already planned the next room and colour we will paint with YesColours - we just need to wait our baby to be born first. As an extra bonus YesColours is very flexible with returns of unopened paint and as we didn't use all the paint we send one litre pouch back in the 14 day window of receiving the paint. Once I email them asking about the policy for return/refund/credit Kerrin Jessica replied my email within 8 min (!!!) and this was almost 6pm. Needless to say that we are beyond impressed with YesColours costume service. We already recommended to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you for changing our experience with paint!
not only amazing colours but amazing customer service
i recently ordered electric aqua after searching for hours for the perfect shade online for my stairs.i knew what i wanted in my head, but no colour or company seemed to match what i was looking for. that was until i came i came across yes colour. i knew straight away that electric aqua was the colour i had been looking for.i was so excited that even though the brand suggests buying a colour swatch,i have to admit i committed to the colour straight away without purchasing one. when the colour arrived i was a little shocked to see via the pouch window that the color was alot lighter then i expected. i also should mention i didnt open the paint and apply it ,in fear my problem could not be solved if i opened the product. fearing i had been sent the fresh aqua instead, i contact them via email and within the hour i got a response from the lovely kerrin.
she was so very helpful! she advised me that they do normally suggest purchasing a swatch before committing to a colour as obviously due to lighting the colour can look different then expected. she also went on to explained in great detail why there was also a number of reason why the colour could looks different in not only the pouch window,but also once applied and dry. she offered to send me a swatsh sample and if the colour didnt match the swatch the problem ,if any would be rectified.
she then went on to not only send me my paint colour but 2 more swatchs in the aqua range.and follow up the nect day to make sure i was happy with her advice. which i have have to say i am not just happy with but also very impressed.
Not only was her quick response amaxing. her suggestion, knowledge and understanding in this situaction left me feeling not only reasurred,but also still super excited to use Yes colour for not only this project but furture ones. i havnt not recieved customer service like this in years,and actually feel very pleased it still exists.
inhindsight i should of done like their website suggest and order a swatch first.but also very pleased to see how yes colour treats their customers as i find that for me says more about a company then anything

I found Yes Colour through an online search for a specific colour. Their website offers a colour consultation service much like their competitors. Unlike their competitors which charge hundreds of pounds, Yes Colour offers a free 10 min session. I had my session with the lovely Emily - the service was easy to book and Emily was super helpful and has followed up twice by email which is fantastic customer service. I ordered some paper samples - 3 for free + delivery. Hello to competitors now charging £2 for a piece of paper. A great new company who are doing the right thing to attract custom. Just about to buy my paint!
Time and Money saved 😎
I have for many years sworn by Farrow and Ball paint, however for my project they did not offer the colour I needed. I looked on line at the various offerings for Cobalt blue and came across YesColours. I had never heard of the company but i loved the sustainable credentials. I still had doubts however as I feared a style over substance experience. But having read a few reviews I took the plunge with their ‘electric blue’ masonry paint. The paint arrived in good time. The colour is fantastic, but what really impressed me was the ease of application and the coverage. I had previously needed just under 10 litres to cover the area in question which needed 3 coats due to the texture of the garden wall, but I only needed to use 2 coats even though i was painting over a much lighter surface colour, resulting in my covering the area in 5 1/2 litres- This saved me time and money- what’s not to like 😊
