Contacting Yoga car insurance online gave me all the information that i needed very quickly, Excellent.

Charlie was very kind, polite and helpful

Dennis was great, very help full didn't rush and sorted out my query and new policy with ease.

I had to wait a while but Brad apologised for this, apart from that Brad dealt with my issue very quickly so very happy

Jack was very helpful and responsive and answered my question about a change I needed to inform Yoga about. He also made me aware of other benefits I could access.

There was an acceptable wait time for the live chat agent. Once connected Brad was very helpful.

I found the availability to use live chat frustrating 9-12 and till 2pm on a Saturday. I had Brad on the live chat, he was great helped me sort out my policy changes, and explained about my NCD. Also tried to up sell a few add ons.

Spoke to Jack this morning to transfer my car policy . He made it easy and explained every thoroughly. I am happy with my experience.

Dennis was very helpful and supportive. He listened to what I wanted and was helpful despite me saying I could get a better deal elsewhere. He then gave me a fixed price for 3 years which I accepted. He was very polite.

I had a live chat with Jack, he was really helpful and knowledgeable.
Jack replied to the messages quickly so that any waiting time was kept to the minimum.
My enquiry was sorted and i was very happy with the service that i received.
