Dennis sorted everything for me and did a great job, I wanted to go on the portal but the email address was old so needed to change it to log in, took a while to get to an Agent as the robot Yogi, kept wanting to talk to me, but once I spoke to Dennis then it was plain sailing.

Had a query on a new policy. Once I navigated my way around the site, I got to "chat" with Dennis. The issue and my concerns were dealt with in a proffessional and swift manner. 1st impressions of Yoga are very good

He was very helpful if only I could’ve talked to him in person
He also informed me of the things lacking in my insurance policy, but luckily I had them covered elsewhere
He seemed very thorough and pleasant, and I got the answers I needed after having a hysterectomy and when was I able to go back to driving?

My renewal renewed automatically. I went on chat to dennis to andvise i did not want it to renew, he sorted it out in no time. He cancelled the insurance and hes going to issue a full refund. Thank you very much

I have been with Yoga for a couple of years but this year their renewal quote was higher than others. Dennis was very helpful in trying to match alternative quotes and provided a price that was close enough to those for me to stay with Yoga.

Easy to use website and competitive quote. Bradley P who was the agent I dealt with was very helpful and thorough along with being pleasant. Wait time was quick as well as only around 3 or 4 minutes in queue.

I recently had to make a change to my insurance and dealt with Charlie from Yoga. I found him patient, knowledgeable and very helpful resolving the issue I had. I would highly recommend Yoga insurance and Charlie who was an extremely competent and strong ambassador for their company.

Well ok until you have an accident- now without a car for 1 month as they are backed by one call insurance who have pushed it over to one call claims - and that's where the fun starts
4 separate occasions they claim to have sent claims forms - nothing received! Claim is not progressing - be careful who your insurance company really is.

Update – 10 October: Having finally discovered that an administrative authorisation was holding up collection, I have now been sent an agreement exposing me to potential recovery charges of £300 and storage charges of £30 per day, plus VAT.

These additional costs, alongside ongoing transport expenses, appear to be a direct consequence of the prolonged delays.

Extremely frustrating service, with no clear ownership of the claim or accountability for the delays. I would not recommend Yoga

I have just spoken to Bradley I didn’t need to wait to long for him to chat with me, my request for a copy of my car insurance policy to be sent by post, because it was not clear what to do through the portal. Bradley was very helpful & that he would action & the policy should be with me in around a week. Thanks Brad from Sandra
