Frustrating beyond description!
Impossible to contact, Online Chat does not work, only canned responses to preset questions, impossible to e-mail them. Support is non-existent. I changed my home address, requiring a change to my Home Insurance, was not told that there would be a significant charge to do so. Still have not received updated documents, and the documents download section still only has my original documents not the updated ones. I will be renewing with a company I can talk to.

Brad has saved the day re Yoga. I was hoping for an immediate answer to my request but was told it would take up to 4 weeks. However, Brad appreciated the urgency and has put forward my Q immediately - I'm disappointed that I'm awaiting a formal reply but that's not Brad's fault.

I contacted One Call to update my insurance because I had started my own decluttering and organising business and needed to add business use to my policy. What I thought would be a quick change turned into a bit of a challenge because the insurer's system wasn't playing ball, but thankfully I was lucky enough to get Bradley P dealing with my case.
From the moment Bradley P started helping me, he was professional, patient, friendly and genuinely engaging. While he was sorting out the issue behind the scenes, Bradley P kept me updated throughout and never once left me wondering what was happening. Even though the process took much longer than expected, Bradley P managed to turn what could have been a frustrating experience into one of the most enjoyable customer service chats I've ever had.
What really makes Bradley P stand out is his personality. Rather than sending scripted responses, Bradley P actually chatted like a real person. During the wait we somehow ended up discussing drum and bass music, watch faces, insurance, life goals and even Ralph Christian watches. The conversation was so entertaining that I joked I might paint my nails while waiting, and I genuinely didn't mind the delay because Bradley P kept everything light-hearted and enjoyable.
Despite all the laughter and banter, Bradley P never lost sight of the reason I was there. He worked through the occupation issue, chased the insurer for a manual quote when the system failed, explained everything clearly and made sure the policy was being updated correctly for my business needs.
Companies often talk about valuing their staff, but if there's an award for customer service then Bradley P deserves to win it. Employees like Bradley P are the reason customers stay loyal. He is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, professional, approachable and genuinely goes above and beyond.
I started the conversation wanting to add business insurance. I left the conversation thinking that Bradley P is an absolute credit to One Call and one of the best customer service advisors I have ever dealt with.

A chap called Jack. I had issues with a COA & when I eventually changed it I was charged £25. I eventually made contact with an agent Jack who sorted it all out for me & waived the fee. He also offered me a 3yr fixed insurance rate. Only agent that’s truly helped me.

Even the smallest of changes will cost you £25 each time. It would be nice if you did it yourself online, you wouldn't have to pay, like other insurers do.

I was assisted today by Charlie. The live chat was easy to navigate and responses were forthcoming quickly which is important to me. Charlie understood my need without undue prompting and was able to assist rapidly whilst communicating concisely. I was very pleased with the process given this involved a historic policy which I had anticipated might cause a few problems or delays to access. My query is now resolved to my 100% satisfaction with no such delays. I had been a bit worried about getting this sorted out but there was no need due to the great service from Charlie.
