Bradley was extremely helpful; he was patient, understanding and clearly explained the policy cover to me.

Spoke with Jack on the live chat - absolute star, really helped out and retained me as a customer, really nice to deal with a real person!

Charlie helped me update both my car policies today and also informed me of some great fixed rate options for 3yrs. He was very patient and detailed in his responses. Thanks for your help!

I spoke to Charlie this morning via the live chat. I managed to get me query sorted out straight away. He immediate emailed me the receipt that I needed for my accounts. Very happy with the service Charlie gave me. The negative part of my experience was trying to get rid of the bot chat that I got put through to initially that didn't understand my question and kept repeating the question that it was sending me back. There was no prompt to talk to a real agent and was shear luck that I managed to get through to Charlie. I would like there to be no bots and just real people like Charlie who gave me a fantastic experience.

Very quick response on the live chat. Jack was brilliant and solved my problem within minutes. Put my mind at rest after receiving an Email from them and helped me out moving forward.

Dennis was extremely helpful during the live chat. I had been struggling to add drivers through the portal, and he guided me through the process clearly and patiently. He made everything much easier to understand and helped me get it sorted quickly. I really appreciated his professionalism, patience and support. Excellent customer service — thank you, Dennis!
