I leave a one star review as I am very very frustrated, having take out a car insurance policy, I recently purchased a new car....all I wanted to do was get a quote for my new vehicle, with the hope of staying with Yoga...there is no phone contact to discuss with an agent, there was no option on the chat box. I just kept going round in circle. I spent most of a morning trying to organise insurance with Yoga. Eventually I got quotes from other companies and eventually changed insurer.
Then after having been a loyal customer I get hit with a £30 charge for cancelling
and that if payment wasn't received they threatened me with a debt collection agency

If I were you dont touch this company with a barge pole, absolutely awful customer service . Actually no customer service

The add-ons that are possible when taking out the insurance policy are almost invalid when making a claim, there is no one to get hold of, there is no one to talk to, you get bounced back from email to email to email and it was the most unhelpful service I've ever received. I would not recommend taking a policy out with yoga. I lost everything. No payout and no compensation for the 'add ons' I paid for. DO NOT TAKE A POLICY OUT WITH YOGA

I had some queries about my re automatic renewal and was unable to get answers to my queries using the FAQ's or using Yogi chatbot. I did a online chat with a very helpful team member, Bradley who spent time explaining my insurance renewal to me. He did it in a way that I understood left me reassured. He took time to answer each of my questions and I didn't feel I was being a nuisance. He is a definitely credit to the company
