Yoga Insure Avaliações 

I had some queries about my re automatic renewal and was unable to get answers to my queries using the FAQ's or using Yogi chatbot. I did a online chat with a very helpful team member, Bradley who spent time explaining my insurance renewal to me. He did it in a way that I understood left me reassured. He took time to answer each of my questions and I didn't feel I was being a nuisance. He is a definitely credit to the company

I spoke to Brad today at yoga insurance great guy really easy to talk to and very helpful.. this is the kind of person everyone wants when dealing with car insurance. Thanks Brad!!

Once I got to chat with Brad my problem was resolved within minutes - getting through the chat bot wasn’t easy!

Jack was very helpful this morning and the wait to chat on the live chat wasn't long at all. He sorted my issue very quickly and efficiently. I had a text and email which did feel a bit threatening when a mix up happened with my DD and to be honest I had a panic and was flustered waiting for this to be sorted this morning. It was a simple admin mix up and I felt the tone of the letter was a bit strong. I do find it a bit frustrating when it's hard to get hold of someone and I really don't like these AI bots but I can't fault Jack's efficiency in sorting it out for me.

I spoke online with Dennis.
He helped me with multiple questions and sorted each issue promptly.
Very impressed with his professional attitude and also helped me upgrade my breakdown cover which is very important to me as I have a disabled child.

Brad helped me to make a change to my policy very efficiently, speedily and politely. A credit to the company.

Dealing with a real person is very helpful , the chat bot is not very helpful. Bradley solved my problem in minutes and advised me of all the queries I had . Great service from Bradley

I needed to update my surname on my policy.
It was so easy to use Dennis explained what I had to do he was very nice and answered more of my questions.
He made my experience easy as I don’t like technology I still prefer letters and phones.

Chatted online with Dennis this morning regarding changing my vehicle on my existing policy. All sorted and added breakdown cover too. Great service and thank you 💯 😃

Yoga is an online only service. Impossible to get hold of a person. The prices jump up unnecessarily and they charge you an extra month after you've ended your policy even when it is being renewed monthly as part of their gold policy. Very quick with threats of debt collection if you cancel your direct debit and have every intention to pay. They also use third parties for accident recovery purposes and third party law firms, very confusing and difficult to navigate, my advice there are better options.

The customer service was second to none the operator I was having my online chat with was pleasant and patient with my slow typing he was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly his name was Jack A

Beware!! Yoga have no customer helpline telephone number and so basic questions can't be answered other than by their automated chat ! How other customers managed to speak to someone is beyond me! All I managed was a frustrating 'chat' which just went round in frustrating circles!! Despite being penalised for cancelling a day after inception of the policy start date, I did so! I refuse to deal with such an organisation!

I went through all the questions & got a competitive price. When I tried to take the insurance out there was 1 minor correction to be made, 1 day out on the d.o.b.
When corrected I was informed they couldn't quote. This happened several times.
Perhaps yoga could contact me to help!

Had a few issues with accessing my Portal and inadvertantly cancelling of my direct debit payment which I couldn't resolve. Spoke with Jack on two separate occasions who was very polite and helpful. He resolved one problem and has passed the other to their computer software team and has promised he will report back shortly.

I had a lovely chat with Brad today who went above and beyond in trying to resolve my query and also suggested some other options which were valuable. It is refreshing to be on a web-chat with someone who actually engages with you rather than 'go through the motions' ... he is a credit to the Yoga Insure team.

Even though i am not a YOGA customer anymore, i did not renew my policy, i still got excellent help, from Charlie

I had query around my direct debit and spoke to Lucy in the team. She was extremely helpful and answered my questions clearly. She advised of the best option and what I needed to do. Thankyou for your help Lucy!
