After a year and a bit of dealing with what I can only describe as sh*t, we recently realised when getting renewal notifications that we had for the past year paid for 2 insurance policies for the same vehicle - definitely not something that we could afford but here we are. I looked into what could be done and contacted Yoga to explain the situation, fully expecting the usual uninterested response you get from live chats, how wrong. After explaining the grief and challenges that had led to this oversight, the response was not one I expected, "I'm sorry to read that, that's a lot, how are you now?". The immediate empathy in that reply dismissed a lot of stress I had built up about sorting this; after dealing with so many companies sorting out mum's financial affairs etc after her passing we're used to having to battle for answers or to get the situation resolved. Jack was professional, kind, understanding and not pushy in the slightest. He explained exactly what I needed to do, offered to look into renewal prices to see if he could help more, and was a genuinely nice lad. Thank you Jack, I hope your workplace appreciate you, and that your empathy and kindness get you to where you want to be mate.

Charlie was exceptionally knowledgeable today. Very patient and thorough with the answers. I am always pleased with the service and quotes for Yoga.

Brad was brilliant. Sorted my addition to policy problems which the portal kept falling over, saying it couldn't provide a quote when I had answered all the questions correctly - several times.
Brad was prompt, courteous and offered helpful options. Great customer service. I just wish it was easier to get to a live agent without going through the chatbot first.
