If I could give zero stars, I would!
It all started with a canvaser that came to my door selling the service. He told me, I could book my cleans whenever it suited me, what a massive lie this was!! I take it he worked on commission. To date, I have not only never booked a clean, but have had people turn up unannounced to clean, but they say it says only the front, which is just two windows. They’ve never actually cleaned any, as I’ve stopped them, but they’ve tried taking money from my account on multiple occasions. I emailed and called them to cancel, explaining all of the above.
I even have an email saying my service is cancelled, yet they’re STILL trying to take money! Lucky, I used a bill account and not my savings!
I’ve just spoken to my bank and they’ve been brilliant and blocked them from stealing from me for a service I never received and that was mis-sold!

Please be VERY wary when signing up to this awful company!

Absolutely disgusted, to be honest. First, clean, and they are worse than before! The guy who came is obviously a cowboy with absolutely no pride in his work and then lied to the customer service rep who rang him. Wasn't happy with the customer service attitude at all. The guy wasn't interested in doing a proper job at all, zero interest in his job, and to lie after is just beyond it!!!! Not paying for such a bad job!!!!

New customer and the cleaner stole my bike from my garden I will be passing cctv to the police be careful with these guys they are thieves.

no one has been to clean my window. I have just a message saying that they have been and given my windows a full clean my windows are still dirty.

Text to say windows will get first clean next day. I left my back gate open so they had full access. They come and only cleaned my front windows and was charged full price. I called the office told them only my front windows were cleaned and were all water marked. So the next day they sent a window cleaner to re-clean them and do the back of my property. The windows all dried water marked, even the front was still water marked. I was told that they can dry water marked on the 1st clean until they get to standard but my front had now been done twice and still dirty. Cancelled the account as this was not a good start, wouldn't waste your time.

Despicable company. Signed me up to they website citing I was in control. Despite having not requested a clean, I had someone come out to clean twice! Uninvited. Sunday morning I heard someone at the front window. By the time I got downstairs the van was pulling away, having washed one window in 3 minutes. Minutes later I was charged £9.60! I tried to ring company to explain I hadn't requested clean. No answer. I sent an email. No answer. I've cancelled my bank card, as even today they are trying to take money from account. Absolute Scam Artists. Beware!

The gent who came to the door was lovely, explain everything clearly etc.

However I tried to cancel my window clean, had so many issues with logging in and the website in general.
Have now been charged £9 yet my windows are still dirty. Have tried to contact them but no reply yet.
