Excellent cleaner. Very thorough and polite

They were charging me a fixed agreed price per month until it started to randomly increase each month. I believe one of their window cleaners may have also broken my front window. Cancelled. Please avoid.

Several weeks ago a bloke knocked on my door from your company. He quoted me the service, convinced me to give you a chance, and set up my account. He told me you would be cleaning in my area the following week. It has been weeks and no one has come. I have emailed and no response. I have rangnthe number and never get anyone to answer. My account is open but there is no service showing online. I cancelled my regular cleaner because he wasn't consistent and trusted your word that you would be better. Yeah now I need to find a new window cleaner. Cheers.

Super customer service. Ellis was really helpful, polite and friendly. She sorted my query in no time. So reassuring to know if I have a query I can call and get through to a lovely person.

Great communication before calling great job

Josh always calls an hour ahead. Does the job efficiently. Never have any issues.

Josh has cleaned my windows again, always prompt, efficient and polite. Highly recommend and his customer service is unmatched.

This company is appalling and should be avoided at all risk. I arranged to have my windows cleaned on a regular basis, agreeing to pay them £14.99 per month. They came for the first time and cleaned the windows. They sent me a text saying that they would be here on the first of June; however, the first of June came and went, and no one showed. They have, of course, taken payment for a job that hasn't been done. It is almost impossible to contact them, and when you try and cancel the agreement, it keeps going back to active. In my opinion, stay away. Stay very, very clear.

Have done a password reset, cant.
Have tried to contact to ask why this isnt working, no response. Had first clean today but feel like they have took details now i cant control my own account

My local window cleaner joshua did a good job of cleaning my windows and respected my property and also let me know when he were coming to clean them so thank you and my local.com.

I cancelled my service with my local branch of this company in summer 2025. A year ago!

This month I got a text message from them saying they were going to clean my windows. I ignored it as, like I say, I had cancelled.

Then I got a message saying they had cleaned my windows on the 3rd June. They hadn’t (as they shouldn’t) and I was in all day. Even if they had been cleaned it’s ridiculous that this company I binned a year ago arose zombie like presumably due to having an appalling IT system. They would have been trespassing. They have not had authorisation to clean my windows since July 2025.

Since then I have had repeated text messages requesting payment of an invoice. (Plus the odd email but more frequent texts). I phoned yesterday at about 10.35 and spoke to someone who asked for my name and address and said they had removed me from the system. But I received another text message demanding payment today (9th June).

I have now blocked their mobile number (that you can not reply to) on my phone but it is always a concern when a company is harassing you for money that you do not owe!

I have also emailed you today with a message containing the invoice number (for a non existent service!) that arrived in one of the emails I received. For the love of god cancel this invoice.

This year I have used a genuinely local small window cleaning business who are more expensive but much, much better. And have much better, real, non automated communications.

Joshua cleaned my windows today. He made a very good job of it.
I'm grateful he managed to do them even though cadent gas are working in the road outside.
