I ordered on the 5th of December and checked the delivery timescale before ordering it predicted 3-5 working days so I was assured that this was plenty of time for my order which is a gift to arrive before Christmas. However my order has yet to even be dispatched. Upon contacting the company they are unconcerned by this and seem to be of the opinion that when they finally get around to sending it I can always return it if I no longer want it. However this leaves me out of pocket to replace a Christmas gift or leave underneath the tree empty.

I ordered in the first week of December without an estimated delivery date of the 8th. It’s currently the 19th and the only update they have give me is to say there is no update and if I want to return the item if it eventually arrives then I can. what a joke. Customer service is non existent and they’ve done nothing to rectify this. Should have read reviews before ordering my boyfriend’s present from here. Will absolutely be warning him and all my other friends against ever ordering from here again.

Terrible service, I have emailed in several times and got no where expected date was 7 days ago with no update, when I tried to cancel this order it won’t let me, feel like I’ve been robbed terrible terrible company , this was my first time using this company and safe to say I will never use it again!

Delivery was ment to be on the 9th December 2025 still waiting and its now the 18th. I have contacted customer services twice now no reply I spent a fair but of money and im now panicking I've made a huge mistake and lost all that money which I could use somewhere else as christmas is just around the corner and some people will not be getting presents as I now can't afford to shop else where.

Looks like the same as others to the point where I wonder if it’s a scam. Ordered not dispatched, completed ignoring emails and can’t cancel. Will raise it with my bank to get the money back I think. Happy to take them to small claims court just for sport at this stage.

Vinden het jammer dat bij het artikel niet gelijk de vermelding staat dat er importbelasting en behandelkosten betaald moeten worden. De lvertijd is redelijk lang 22/11/2025 besteld en 16/12/2025 ontvangen

Seems like I, along with many others am regretting my choice of company to use for Xmas gifts. Over two weeks since placing my order and order is still 'processing' and unable to cancel. Generic messages received from customer service, last one I sent has just been ignored. If this was not such a recognised brand I would say they were a scam company.
Dispute lodged with PayPal but not expecting to get anywhere with that either.
If items arrive they will be returned straight away.
I expect a delay at busy times but don't advertise your services if your comfy can't cope with the logistics.

Zavvi heeft al mijn favoriete 4k films. Preorder gaat super makkelijk. Je hoeft ook niet gelijk te betalen. Je betaald pas als de film naar je onderweg is. Dus kies ik steeds vaker voor Zavvi!!!!

Unfortunately I ordered from Zavvi without checking the reviews. It appears myself and everyone else who has placed Christmas presents orders haven’t even been despatched which does not match the delivery descriptions on the website. Even writing to customer service they just ignore you. I get it’s busy at Christmas but we need to be updated accordingly as it’s now right around the corner and if it’s not going to arrive in time despite ordering ages ago alternate methods or shops to buy elsewhere. DO NOT BUY

Order number 722028049 made on 21st December, still not dispatched, messages for updates being ignored, also had a second order of 4 items dispatched in multiple separate deliveries, one item of mystery bundle of 10 t-shirts not in the parcel but showing as delivered on the website.
DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to wait months with no communication

Ik heb NOG STEEDS (3 weken na beloofde ontvangstdatum) mijn bestelling niet ontvangen.

Absolutely shocking of a company! Christmas presents ordered on 23rd November- over 3 weeks ago and still not dispatched. Numerous messages sent to just receive the same email saying there are delays. No option to cancel the order and repurchase elsewhere leaving us without the presents for Christmas. I have never received such a poor service. Busy or not, over 3 weeks is excessive and no information about when this will be dispatched either. Shame on you!

I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks for an order and it hasn’t even been dispatched. I am not alone this seems very common. Maybe they need your money first before they can buy from their suppliers. No way to communicate easily.
