Not dispatched and not even processed.

It’s a Christmas present and I can’t get an update from them.

Erg tevreden over zavvi bezorging gaat tegenwoordig ook veel sneller en met track echt top.

Bijna perfecte ervaring, alles was duidelijk en de prijzen eerlijk. Als ik met iDeal kon betalen en de informatie bij de films volledig was had ik 5 sterren gegeven!

Zoals vanouds. Zou zeker aanbevelen.

£20.99 has been taken from my bank and the order is now processing.

Ive ordered off of zavvi before and apart from the odd item taking weeks to arrive its been a smooth ride with them, well up until this order at least.

So I placed an order for 8 Tshirts and with code it came to £82 odd better than there price of buy 2 for £25 so I was well chuffed with my black friday bargain.

Then I got an email saying they were ready to dispatch my order with one tshirt showing saying there was a problem with the payment.

So, I went to my bank and the problem was the amount they took was £61. Odds so i went back to zavvi to press on the settlement button and take care of the £20 odd still left to pay.

I get to the next page which is asking me to enter my bank details and the amount showing as total is for the full amount. So im like no im not paying £61 odd and then £82 odd for this same order.

So, I email and Shannon gets back to me telling me not to worry the items will dispatch when I click on this link to make payment. Did she even bother to read what I put? Obviously not. And its a 48hr wait time for response and not to respond to the email you get back from them, which should be an open email between the responder and I until ive had the issue resolved. So im here venting because I meed those tshirts for my children for christmas and they arent going to dispatch them until I pay, but what bothers me the most is why they had the audacity to undercharge me and think they would then get away with overcharging me. What if I hadn't checked my bank account and just paid them thinking the payment hadn't gone through. Id have been waiting for my money back and since they dont bother reading their emails properly I cant say im going to use them again.

Een bestelling ''gereserveerd'' en ik wacht na 2 weken nog steeds op een pakket. Contact is verschrikkelijk moeilijk omdat er alleen via een bericht op de site kan worden gecommuniceerd. Dit voelt als oplichting. Ik wil gewoon mijn bestelling ontvangen maar het voelt alsof het geld bij Zavvi binnen is en deze het wel prima vinden zo...
Te bizar voor woorden.

Bestelling ging makkelijk,
En je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden van de levering

Site makkelijk bereikbaar, makkelijk tebestellen, goedeprijs vlug bezorging.

Op 02/11 mijn bestelling geplaatst waarop ik binnen 72 uur de tracking zou ontvangen.Op 20/11 een bericht verstuurd met vraag over de levering, ik kreeg alsnog een keer een automatisch bericht dat het binnen 72 uren zou ik de tracking ontvangen.
Op 21/11 een tweede bericht verstuurd omdat ik de bestelling intussen dringend nodig heb en precies hetzelfde antwoord ontvangen van robot Shannon zoals in de eerste bericht.
Op 25/11 nog steeds geen informatie en natuurlijk geen idee of ik de t-shirts zal ooit ontvangen, dus weer een bericht verstuurd.

Zavvi would have to be — without a doubt — the worst company I have ever dealt with online.

Dealing with Zavvi is like dealing with someone who utilises the well known term “the check’s in the mail” down to an art form — there is always some excuse.

The item was ordered and at the time I asked did they have stock, as their website did not state that fact. The response (without answering my question) was, basically, “we’re really busy with orders, don’t worry”.

Then a tracking number is generated and they say the item is shipped, but days later it did not show that it had been picked up by the shipper, their response was “It looks like the courier is currently experiencing some delays”.

Forward some days and I communicate again that the tracking website *still* shows that the item has not shipped, the response “Oh, we’re sorry, while your order has been marked as “despatched” in our system and assigned tracking number XXXXXXXXXX, it appears the parcel has not yet been physically handed over to Spring GDS. We will get on it and update you in 24-48 hours”

Two days later, nothing, then I tell them I want to cancel the order and get a refund. The response: “I completely understand that you'd like to cancel your order. However, it has now entered the final dispatch stage, which means it's already packed and loaded into dispatch cages ready for courier collection. Although the parcel hasn't yet physically left the warehouse, it is too far along for us to intercept.”

Trying to find company information to get in contact with them is almost impossible — I did find information in PayPal in the seller info screen. I tried contacting the email address: no response, I called the telephone number: it rings out.

Be warned — don’t buy from Zavvi.

Na 1.5 maand op mijn bestelling gewacht te hebben, een verkeerd product ontvangen. Ook geen goed, automatisch retourproces, maar alleen via contact met support.

Waardeloze shop in alles.

Zavvi neemt tevens negative reviews niet serieus en zetten gewoon een simpele .punt neer als zogenaamd antwoord enkel om hun statistieken hier omhoog te schroeven.

Typisch en sneu.

Duidelijke webshop met leuke producten. Ik bestel hier al eenige tijd mijn films. Altijd goed verpakt en levertijd duidelijk vermeld. Ik blijf hier bestellen en raad deze shop aan.

De verwachte release was eigenlijk pretty stipt!
Degelijk verpakt en ziet er fantastisch uit!
Betere kwaliteit producten en ook de shirts zijn geweldig! Al vaak gewassen en blijft beauty!
De steelbook is natuurlijk cadeautje voor de feestdagen dus kan de binnenkant nog niet beoordelen, maar dat zal vast wel goedkomen.

Ze geven aan dat je iets besteld hebt en gereserveerd maar zodra het uitkomt annuleren ze het gewoon. Ik wachtte dus 3 maanden voor iets wat uiteindelijk niet eens komt. Hierdoor kan ik het ook nergens anders meer halen.

Ik koop al jaren bij Zavvi. Ze hebben goede aanbiedingen en een brede selectie.
