Almost everything is perfect with zip but 1 thing. When you use the 1 TIME USE card it can be USED 2 times. I buy a game from steam for 70 and it goes throw and that transaction is done then you get charged on that ONE TIME USE card for a SECOND time for internation fees. Very sus it's not added to the original bill. Not a fan of lies and 1 TIME USE is a lie. Give them a 3 for there effort but improvement are needed or some rewording so your not lieing to your customers.

For my experience for zip it to great they answer my question so quick and they resolve it to very quick.for me my rates is 10/10

I love Zip. Whenever I find something that I need or want, I use Zip then put the money back into Zip when I get paid. Love it.

Excellent financial Institute fantastic interest rate and repayments

I had a problem receiving verification codes so I called Zip , they were extremely helpful and settled the problem within minutes. Highly recommend contacting them if you have a problem with anything.

I would give no stars if i could. For months now I have been having a to-and-throw with Zip about my repayments. My bank account connected to my Zippay was scammed months ago and i had to get a new card and to cut a long story short Zip was incapable of taking my fortnightly payments from that new card and insistently blamed my bank,
I'm pretty sure I threatened legal advice the other day and low and behold the situation was fixed immediately.
The stress and the anxiety that this situation (that Zip created) has affected my health but they don't care. They kept blaming my bank when in fact it was Zippay. After all these months and continuously calling and trying to sort the situation out there's no 'SORRY YES IT WAS US THAT CAUSED YOU ALL THIS STRESS AND WE DIDN'T CARE WHAT YOU HAD TO SAY' Zippay you are a joke. No apologies, how about a few hundred dollars in a stress fee because Zip has made me physically ill from this situation. Now all i want is to close my account down but Zip won't let me. I will never use Zip again and as soon as you are paid off we are done. Compensate me for all the hours I was on the phone to Zip arguing that Zip is the issue not my bank and I was completely ignored and told it was my bank. I would never recommend anyone to get a Zip account after the way I have been ignored and treated. Code 79 (coming from Zip) that was continuously thrown in my face every phone call saying it is a bank problem when in fact IT WASN'T. Do better and i really do want a few hundred dollars in a stress fee as I am still obtaining legal advise for all the stress and anxiety and all the hours put into sorting this out because it's me that sorted it, not Zippay. SHAME ON YOU ZIPPZY. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.
Update, just got an email from Zip saying my repayments failed AGAIN. YOU know what I'm not making anymore contact, I'm not trying to sort this out anymore. TAKE ME TO COURT OK TAKE ME TO COURT,

One of the best card use, for paying bills and shopping online , however the amount to apply are Limited only…

I had accidentally paid 3 payments into an old account that was closed, it was quite stressful but I lodged the enquiry on the chat and was assisted and kept up to date the whole time which helped
Me believe I was being well
Looked after, the matter was investigated and money transferred to correct account

Zip pay will never fully pay off your debt & will keep charging you $80 a month because you’re owing money & $10 a month for account keeping. I e paid many hundreds of dollars in fees because it’s made to never automatically pay out your debt.
Stay away from this service unless you desperately need it.

This is to good and easy to use and easy payback .i did not getting trouble using this app .

I would give less than a star on this because they robbed me with a duplicate charge and then had to argue with them for weeks, and then they only refunded part of it and insisted I owe a portion which I did not. I even talked to the company in question and they said I didn’t owe them anything. As of this point in time, I emailed them again two weeks ago and only got a response a week ago, saying they would look into it, yet nothing. Rip off, scam, theft. That describes this company. I’m also noting here they do not have permission to take another dollar from me as I have also told them that as well.
Update: their customer service Kadisha Boyce just told me they wrote it off and won’t refund me AFTER I submitted proof of me not purchasing anything that day and not being a lawful charge. She was like oh well. Tough crap. I have screenshots when they try to justify it here. I’ve also emailed their support and done the form they will likely post here numerous times with no resolution. They are thieves. So I ended my account with them but they still need to refund me. They can do that. I ended the acct with them to document no further charges.

Update Feb. 1:
I received this email from them today where they basically told me that even though it was their mistake, they wrote it off and won’t give me my money.

Zip pay Visa card keeps being declined, with over $1000 credit on the account and being up to date with all payments. I called the help line and they reissued the card. Now working but it was a hassle getting it sorted.

My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and promptly by Kat.
