This is the third time I’ve travelled with Ziyara Tours, and Alhamdulillah, it was truly the best trip yet.

I travelled with my elderly father, so naturally I was a little worried about how the trip would be, but Alhamdulillah, it exceeded all my expectations. From the very beginning, everything was so well organised, and the whole group was incredibly warm and friendly. We genuinely looked out for one another, which made the experience even more special.

During the Umrahs, Ziyara Tours arranged earpieces so we could hear the Shaykh Saab leading the recitations while the group followed together. Despite how incredibly busy it was, we were able to stay together as a group and perform our Umrah seamlessly. It was truly an amazing and unforgettable experience.

Ziyara Tours took care of every detail, meaning we didn’t have to worry about a thing, from the flights and visas to the hotels, transport and ziyaras. Brother Saj worked tirelessly behind the scenes to arrange everything and ensure the trip was a positive and memorable experience for everyone.

A massive thank you to Brother Rash for being so approachable, supportive and accommodating throughout the entire trip. He was always willing to listen to the group and even made last-minute changes to the itinerary when we requested additional experiences. This included arranging a visit from Shaykh Habib Adil, additional ziyaras to Bir-e-Shifa, Jabal Malaika and the Battle of Badr, as well as the beautiful mawlids that took place in Makkah and Madinah.

I’d also like to thank Brother Rash for giving the sisters the opportunity to participate in the food distributions in Makkah and Madinah. It was a real eye-opening and humbling experience, and it was amazing to see Ziyara supporting such meaningful projects. May Allah reward you abundantly for all your efforts and grant you the very best in this dunya and akhirah. Ameen.

And last, but by no means least, a massive thank you to the amazing Shaykh Saamir Saab, who truly made this trip so special. It was a blessing to have them lead us. Their gentle, compassionate and courteous manner made such a difference. They connected with everyone in the group, from the youngest to the elderly, and were always attentive and patient when responding to questions and queries.

Their beautiful naat recitations and reminders were incredibly inspiring. Shaykh Saab’s knowledge was so vast and what stood out most was their ability to explain things so beautifully and simply that everyone could connect with them.

I genuinely feel that I have come away from this trip feeling more connected to Allah SWT and His beloved RasulAllah ﷺ because of Shaykh Saab’s reminders and guidance. And I will forever be grateful to them for that. May Allah SWT bless them immensely, reward them for every person they helped and every reminder they shared, and place endless barakah in their knowledge, their efforts and their life. Ameen.

Alhamdulillah, I’ve also come away from this journey with beautiful new relationships and friendships with sisters from the group, and I’m so grateful to Ziyara Tours for bringing us together. May Allah keep these bonds strong and allow our friendships to continue for His sake and the sake of His beloved RasulAllah ﷺ. Ameen.

A good Umrah trip experience. Brother Rashid managed everything well from start to finish and it all went easy Alhamdulillah.

This was my first time performing Umrah and also my first time travelling alone for a trip like this, so naturally I wasn’t completely sure what to expect. Alhamdulillah, going with Ziyara Tours made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable than I could have hoped for.

Everything was well organised, from the hotels and airport transfers to the ziyarat and general logistics throughout the trip. Communication was also really good — we were kept updated with timings, plans and any changes or issues along the way, so you always knew what was happening.

The Sheikh and guides were brilliant throughout and added so much to the experience, particularly during the ziyarat. Rashid was also always around and available whenever you needed help, advice or had any questions, which was especially reassuring for someone travelling alone for the first time.

Alhamdulillah, I also met some genuinely great people within the group and never felt uncomfortable being there on my own.

As someone who did plenty of research before booking because it was my first Umrah and I was travelling alone, I can now say after experiencing it myself that I would highly recommend Ziyara Tours. May Allah reward everyone involved and accept all of our Umrah. Ameen. 🤲🏽🕋

I came back from this trip a week ago and have only just got around to writing this review, but honestly it was an excellent experience from beginning to end. It was my second time going with Ziyarah tours - we spent three days in Jordan, visiting Wadi Rum and Petra, before travelling on to Palestine. Both parts of the journey were unforgettable and the places themselves were absolutely beautiful.

Alhamdulillah, Palestine was completely safe. We faced very little interrogation and were allowed through almost every time we went to Masjid al-Aqsa, which was a huge improvement compared with the last time we visited. At no point did we feel unsafe or particularly concerned.

The organisation throughout was excellent. Brother Sajid always kept his cool and we never once saw him flustered. Everything was well organised, and whenever any small hitches came up, they were dealt with swiftly. We genuinely had to worry about nothing: the flights, accommodation, transport and everything else had already been arranged, allowing us to focus completely on the experience rather than any of the logistics.

Imam Samir was also excellent. He answered everyone’s questions throughout the trip and gave us some very informative and inspiring lessons during our time there, which added a great deal to the journey.

Overall, I really enjoyed the trip and cannot praise the group enough for how well everything was handled. They made the entire journey easy, enjoyable and meaningful. It was definitely worth it and I would 100% recommend travelling with them. Six stars if I could!

Ziyara tours with brother Rashid was professional and punctual. The umrah and the ziyara tours were well informed and I made some great friends on this journey.

Our experience with Ziyara Tours for our private Umrah trip was excellent from start to finish. Everything was very professional, well organised and handled with great care.

We were very pleased with both hotels — Swiss Al Maqam in Makkah and Gewar Al Andalus in Madinah. Both were comfortable and provided a lovely stay. The breakfast was also really nice with a good variety of food.

Alhamdulillah, we recently returned from a blessed journey to Jordan and Al Aqsa with Ziyara Tours, and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

We travelled as a family with children aged 4, 9 and 15, and the trip offered something special for each of them. Jordan was particularly enjoyable and educational for our eldest, our middle child was fascinated by the history and learning throughout the journey, and our 4-year-old was absolutely thrilled by the adventure of flying (first time) and making so many new friends young and old along the way.

A huge JazakAllahu Khayran to brother Sajid, who managed the entire trip with exceptional care, professionalism and sincerity. From the moment we booked until we returned home, he made sure everything ran smoothly with regular communication and prompt response. What stood out most was how genuinely caring and considerate he was towards every member of the group. Our family has several food allergies, and Sajid went above and beyond to ensure we were catered for throughout the journey. Even when unforeseen circumstances arose, he always stepped in to help with patience, kindness and a sincere desire to make things easier for us. His dedication and service was true blessing.

We were also blessed to benefit from the spiritual guidance and knowledge shared throughout the trip, which added immense meaning to every place we visited. Seeing the history of the prophets and the Islamic heritage come to life before our eyes was an experience that words can hardly do justice.

Beyond being an incredible journey, I firmly believe it is important to visit whenever possible. It is the blessed land of many of the Anbiya (AS), rich with history and a place where every street and stone has a story to tell. Equally important is supporting our by visiting, staying, eating and spending helps everyone.

One of my only regrets is that I didn't take more cash with me to spend and support, also not asking more question about the history.

This was a truly memorable, educational and spiritually uplifting experience for our entire family. I wholeheartedly recommend Ziyara Tours to anyone considering a journey to Jordan and Al Aqsa. You will be well looked after, and Insha'Allah return home with memories and lessons that will stay with you for a lifetime.

A Dream Come True – Jordan & Palestine

I recently returned from a dream-come-true trip to Jordan and Palestine, and it truly was an experience of a lifetime. I had wanted to visit Jerusalem since I was in my 20s, so finally being able to make this journey was incredibly special.

I’m so glad I chose to travel with Ziyara Tours. They managed to pack so much into the 8/9-day tour, while still making the experience enjoyable and spiritually fulfilling.

I recently went to Al Quds and Jordan with Ziyara Tours, travelling on 7th August and returned on the 16 th August ,and honestly it was such a great experience.
A special mention to our group leader, Sajid, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole trip. He was always checking that everyone was okay, keeping us updated in the group chat, and sharing useful information, videos and locations so we knew exactly where we were going and what to expect.

He was also always making jokes and keeping everyone entertained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond for the group and was constantly helping out — even carrying everything on his own shoulders!

I honestly cannot recommend Ziyara Tours enough. My trip to Al Aqsa and Jordan was such a beautiful and unforgettable experience, and so much of that was down to the incredible organisation and care throughout the whole journey.

From the moment we booked, the entire process was incredibly simple, clear and seamless. The Ziyara Tours team took care of everything for us and kept us updated throughout, meaning we genuinely had nothing to worry about beyond sharing our passport information. Their organisation, communication and attention to detail were exceptional from start to finish.

The itinerary was packed every single day, and you truly felt you were getting your money’s worth. Every day brought something different, with a beautiful balance of Islamic history, learning and spiritual reflection alongside memorable experiences and activities. We visited one of the Seven Wonders of the World, experienced cable cars and enjoyed a desert safari, making the trip enjoyable for both adults and children.

The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the accommodation in both Jordan and Palestine was very good. The hotels were comfortable, clean and very well looked after. Daily transport was organised with comfortable, air-conditioned coaches, communication was clear each day, and everything ran like clockwork.

A huge Jazakumullahu khairan to Sajid bhai, whose dedication deserves a special mention. His constant check-ins, reassurance and support were genuinely appreciated. I honestly don’t think he slept throughout the entire trip! He was always available to answer questions, help with anything you needed and made sure everyone was comfortable. His care for the families really showed.

Our Shaykh, Saamir, who accompanied us deserves the highest praise. His knowledge, passion and ability to engage both young and old were truly inspiring. He is a wonderful role model for the next generation and brought the history and significance of the places we visited to life. The daily rooftop dars were a beautiful way to finish each day, and seeing our boys learn something meaningful and then stand in the very places where those events took place was incredibly special.

It is clear how much thought, effort and care the Ziyara Tours team puts into every aspect of the journey. They didn’t simply organise a tour, they created a truly spiritual, educational and unforgettable experience for our whole family.

I recently travelled with Ziyara Tours on a ziyarat journey through Iraq, visiting Najaf, Kufa, Karbala, Baghdad, Hilla, Basra, Mada’in, and Musayib. The entire experience was very well organised from start to finish.

Communication before and during the trip was excellent. The team kept everyone informed, answered questions promptly, and ensured that all arrangements ran smoothly. Their organisation made travelling between the various cities comfortable and stress-free.

What stood out most was their patience and dedication. They were always willing to assist, accommodate different needs, allowing us to fully benefit from the spiritual experience. Their professionalism and care helped create a welcoming atmosphere for the whole group.

All types of emotions erupt inside you and your soul is awakened. When you visit Baghdad…. the land of the scholars and saints, you begin to feel deeply rooted connections; as you pass by sacred sites and are shown maqaams of the awliyah (ق) you feel humbled and spiritually touched 💕.
Iraq is a country which is often disregarded and underrated. It doesn’t receive the attention it deserves in terms of its Islamic history, culture, wealth of knowledge, education and spiritual sites which captivate your soul.
During the whole journey I was made to feel comfortable, welcomed and at peace by Ziyara tours. The mood was positive and vibrant. Exceptional service provided by Brother Sajid and the team. A vast itinerary, with the best choice of ground transport & hotels. Very detailed & comprehensive guided tours with lots of information across Islamic topics & leadership with knowledgeable scholars of Islam. We cannot thank Ziyara Tours enough for the incredible support we received during a very stressful time. When our flights were cancelled during our Umrah trip, they stepped in immediately and worked tirelessly, day and night, to help us get back to the UK. Travelling with four little children made the situation even more challenging, but they handled everything so efficiently and made the entire process as smooth and quick as possible.

Apart from that, they were an amazing tour group throughout our entire trip. There were 28 of us travelling together, and they arranged a private coach just for our group. This made all our journeys—from the airports to Makkah and Madinah, as well as during our ziyarats—comfortable, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. Managing such a large group could have been difficult, but with Ziyara Tours, travelling from one place to another couldn’t have been any easier.

The hotel bookings were exactly as expected. They provided detailed information about each option and really listened to what we were looking for in our accommodation. Ziyara Tours gave us suitable choices and ensured everything met our needs. They truly went above and beyond with every little detail to make our Umrah trip perfect.
