Alhamdulilah this is the second time I've used Ziyara Tours. Brother Sajid is a top guy. 20 people to go for Umrah and made every step as easy as it gets. He also gave us an excellent package. If you planning to go for Umrah I would highly recommend using Ziyara Tours.

Alhumdullilah for the most amazing experience, this could not have been possible without the help from Ziyara tours. My invitation to Umrah came suddenly and unexpectedly, I really wanted to join my family who had prebooked months prior to going, and subhanallah my duas were accepted just 1 day before they were supposed to fly out . Brother Sajid from Ziyara tours had managed to find the same flight as my family ( despite this being full on many sites ) and had secured my umrah package / visa / hotel all within 24 hours prior to me flying out. I was so greatful for his help and support. I know no other group could have done this at such short notice, and I was loosing hope thinking it was unrealistic for this to happen within a day - but Ziyara tours were proactive in making this happen ! This is what makes this team incomparable from all the others - they go above and beyond to ensure everything happens efficiently. The guide who had taken us to ziyarat was very informative and many of us had learnt so much in such a short time, we were a large group of 16 but he made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I was extremely pleased with the location of both hotels as they were in both in walking distance from the harram. Both hotels were clean , beds were super comfortable and the breakfast package was delicious. I would definitely book again and will be recommending to all my friends and family. We booked through Ziyara tours as a large group with 16 members. Alhumdulilah all went smoothly and the organisation and information provided was meticulous. The check in at both hotels in Makkah and Medina was seamless, and the added touches of a guide for performing umrah as well as a string backpack was lovely. The transfers were smooth, and there was ample space and privacy in the transport provided. Jazakallahu khair for the brilliant service.

I have just returned from our first trip to Makkah and Madina. It was my families first Umrah. We booked through Ziyara Tours even though we are not from the London area. I am thankful and glad that we booked through them. Everything from the arrival at Jeddah airport, the transfer that was arranged by Ziyara Tours to Makkah, then our onwards trip to Madinah was excellent. It was stress free, we had a driver pick us up from the airport. The communication between ZT and us every step of the way was amazing. ZT stayed in contact and was the go between for our drivers and also the representative at both Hotels in Makkah and Medina. The representative had already checked us in for both Hotels prior to us arriving. All we had to do was get to our room, everything else was already sorted out. Our bags were brought to our room. This helped a lot due to having a big group which consisted of young children and elderly people (we travelled with my extended family).
The Hotels were amazing - we stayed in Double Tree Hilton in Makkah. It was a very short walk from the Haram and was very impressive. We stayed at the Worth Peninsula which was just as good and also a short distance walk from Masjid e Nabawi.
The transfer between Makkah and Madina was also arranged by ZT, our group of 16 were transported in a private coach (not a bus, a luxury coach!).
All in all, I was very impressed by ZT. Jazkallah to them for making our Umrah special. Very good service. I would highly recommend them.

Sajid bhai has been really good with getting things sorted for us we wer a big group of 16 and alhumdulilah it was was a first umrah for most in that group. Sajid bhai has gone above and beyond for our group and we are so greatful. The hotels chosen were absolutely amazing and so close to the haram in both makkah and medina too. I would most certainly use ziyara tours again and would highly recommend to others

There’s something about being in those sacred spaces, surrounded by people who understand the significance of where you are, that changes you. It humbles you, grounds you, and reconnects you to something much bigger than yourself.

I came back with memories, but more than that, I came back with a feeling — one that I don’t think will ever leave me.

From beginning to end everything was organised well !

I had an extraordinary experience performing Umrah with Ziyarah Tours in February 2026. From the outset, I enjoyed excellent communication with brother Sajid, who was consistently prompt in responding to my inquiries.

Our group comprised approximately 40 individuals, predominantly families with children. Prior to our departure, we participated in a Zoom training session with Imam Khalid, who is exceptionally knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful. He adeptly addressed our questions and instructed us on performing Umrah for the first time.

We resided for five nights in Medina and subsequently five nights in Mecca. The hotel in Medina was merely a minute’s stroll from the 305 gate of Masjid Nabawi. In Medina, we had the privilege of greeting the Prophet (saw), visiting Al Baqi cemetery after the morning prayer, embarking on a walking tour around Masjid Nabawi, and attending Juma prayer. We also visited Masjid Al Qiblatayn, Uhud mountain, and Masjid Quba. Imam Khalid furnished us with comprehensive information about these sites and their significance, and we attended lectures almost daily.

Following our five nights in Medina, we travelled by coach to Dhul Hulayfah and entered the state of Ihram there. We arrived in Mecca close to midnight, deposited our luggage at the hotel, and proceeded to the Haram to perform Umrah. Imam Khalid led our group, and we recited the duas in unison with him. He elucidated everything in meticulous detail and was exceedingly helpful.

The hotel in Mecca was situated on Ibrahim Khalil Road and featured a mosque within the premises. Additionally, one could join Jamaat during prayer on the street or walk to the Haram for prayers. The hotel was approximately a 15-minute walk from the Haram. We visited Mina, Muzdalifah, and Arafat. We observed fasting while in Mecca during Ramadan. We also performed a second Umrah on Thursday night in Ramadan. We attended Juma prayer in the Haram. Furthermore, one could break their fast in the Haram and partake in Taraweeh prayers there. Food is provided complimentary in the Haram.

In conclusion, our journey was magnificent, and I extend my gratitude to Ziyara Tours for our unforgettable experience. I wish Ziyara Tours continued success in their endeavours and hope they will be the catalyst for thousands of individuals undertaking their Umrah and other tours. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to Imam Khalid for his teachings and guidance during our Umrah.

Ramadan Umrah February 2026 🤍

My husband and I booked the Ramadan Medina and Makkah package with Ziyara tours for February 2026 - arranged by brothers Rashid and Sajid. We were very blessed (Alhumdulillah) to have the lead of Imam Khalid Hussain during the entire trip - May Allah swt protect them all.

We were recommended Ziyara tours by people within our community. As two people who were invited to the blessed lands of Medina and Makkah for the first time it was important for us to find a tour company who understood our spiritual aim. When we spoke to brothers Rashid and Sajid we instantly felt at ease.

Everything pre / during and post trip was taken care of by the Ziyara team to which I will always be thankful because it gave us the opportunity to remain spiritually present. We never felt the burden of any logistical issues (despite travelling during a record breaking time for number of pilgrims), everything was sorted seamlessly - we were taken care of and treated like family from the very first correspondence.

It was clear from the start that the itinerary had been created with heart and Islam at the centre. The daily darse sessions by Imam Khalid I will truly miss, the reminders kept spiritual focus especially at the beginning of the trip. We completed two Quran in total (one in Medina and one in Mecca) as a group. This was initiated by the ziyara team which again was so special. May Allah swt accept all our efforts.

The Ziyara team have a new initiative called the Ziyara trust in which they aim to support communities all over the world through donations. During our trip, we had the opportunity to give sadaqah and get involved in the work that Ziyara trust can do in both Mecca and Medina. Another example of how this trip was not an umrah tick box, but more of a journey which has educated and opened our hearts forever in sha Allah.

A big misconception about group tours: “Do you have to do everything together with the group?”

The Ziyara’s are done as a group. The darse sessions are upto 45 minutes and arranged in a shared space with Imam Khalid. The majority of the trip is completely free rein - being in a group doesn’t mean your personal experience is restricted, for me it elevated the trip because everyone became family. If anyone was unable to attend the darse sessions for example, there was no issues - the team was never there to restrict / control personal worship or to over exhaust - the focus was to elevate / maximise each individuals experience with care and consideration.

We completed our initial umrah together led by Imam Khalid which was an experience I will never forget (Alhumdulillah). The night before, we had a session with Imam Khalid in which he talked through the steps of completing Umrah. He also gave time to talk through the rules when in the state of Ihram to ensure everyone was equipped. The brothers were given separate time to talk through how to wear their Ihram. You never felt uneasy about asking questions. Imam Khalid always made time, and brothers Sajid / Rashid were always reminding us they were our Khidmah team.

We used ear piece devices on the day of umrah along with a very good handbook (both provided by Ziyara tours). The handbook ended up being what I used throughout despite having taken various other materials. There was an optional umrah on the first night of Ramadan (logistics to masjid Aisha organised by the team). But in between there was free rein to complete tawaaf, additional umrah’s, attend the masjid as wanted. There were families from all over the UK in the group of different ages (the youngest being a 3 month old baby Allah humma barik 🩵).

I truly pray that Allah swt continues to put so much barakah into this special business and allows Muslims across the world to experience travelling with Ziyara tours.

A Truly Life-Changing Experience with Ziyarah Tours.

I want to share a fantastic experience with you all.

This was my first time booking with a tour company. For the past two years, friends and family had been recommending Ziyarah Tours to us. We kept planning and planning — but Allah is the Best of Planners.

For around three months, I was trying to organise flights and hotels myself for my family, and to say it became stressful would be an understatement.

SubhanAllah, a friend who had recommended a few hotels sent me a Ziyarah Tours leaflet — and it had the exact dates we were looking for. At first, I didn’t pay much attention, but then I realised this was a sign from Allah. I didn’t waste any time, especially as I had already heard outstanding reviews about Ziyarah Tours.

Booking was super easy. Everything was clearly explained — a full itinerary, hotel details, length of stay, transport arrangements — all broken down properly. My heart felt content, and we booked and paid for the tour.

After booking, communication was excellent. We were regularly updated throughout the process, and as promised, tickets and visas were issued exactly when they said they would be. Alhamdulillah, everything went smoothly, which quickly removed any doubts I had about using tour companies.

We were truly blessed to have Imam Khalid Hussain from Leicester guiding us throughout the journey. For first-timers like my family, we benefitted tremendously from his knowledge, wisdom, and ability to explain religious insights in such a practical and heartfelt way. He was always available to answer questions and guide us with sincerity and patience.

During the tour, Sajid and Rashid handled logistics exceptionally well and took extra care of those who required assistance. The entire team were thoughtful, patient, and always smiling. The pace of the tour was perfect, with plenty of consideration given to our wheelchair-using family member. Transport was well organised, and nothing ever felt rushed or stressful.

One of the most special moments for us was being given the opportunity to serve food to those opening their fast with Iftar. That experience alone was deeply moving for our whole family.

My child Hussayn made lots of friends during the tour, and there was a beautiful sense of unity among the group. Whether it was helping with the pushchair, changing seats on the plane so families could sit together, or simply showing kindness through their actions, the brothers demonstrated beautiful character that reflected the example of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Over 40 people were on our tour, and every single person we spoke to had great things to say about Ziyarah Tours.

I genuinely cannot fault the team or Imam Khalid Hussain. They made our experience memorable, smooth, spiritually uplifting, and truly life-changing. They brought us closer to Allah SWT and strengthened our love for our Prophet ﷺ.

I wish to thank the entire team and Imam Khalid Hussain — you have left a lasting and positive impression on our family. We are already looking to book another tour with Ziyarah Tours.

February Ramadan Umrah Tour.

I had the blessed opportunity to travel with Ziyara Tours.
Originally I had booked with another company but just two and a half weeks before we was due to leave they cancelled the whole trip. I went on a mad hunt for another Umrah trip. There within a few days I found Ziyara Tours who responded to me straight away.
At first the single women rooms were all fully booked but brother Sajid advised me to give him a couple of days to see if he could manage to find me a place. Alhumdullah he came back to me in a matter of a few hours and asked if I would be willing to share with another two ladies, who agreed to move into a room of three.
I also had some queries regarding seating and flights.
Subhanallah I found Ziyara Tours not to be phased nor to be unwilling to help.
Whatever I asked or queried it was answered and I felt fully supported before even going on this trip. Throughout the trip any concerns, thoughts, feelings were answered, met with honest and kind support by both Sajid and Rashid.
Never once was something ignored or left aside. Alhumdullah before the trip and throughout the trip with Ziyara Tours by the grace of Allah SWT made the whole trip smooth, no hiccups or issues. I truly believe their is baraka in them. Mashallah allahuma barak 3lihoum.
On our Ziyara tour of madinah we weren't allowed to enter Masjid Al Quba to park the coach, as many other coaches weren't either.
The gents from Ziyara Tours surprised us with an open buggy ride to Masjid Al Quba that evening. Which turnt out to be very beautiful and spiritual.
They ensure that we did not miss out.
On this trip we had a daily darse which I enjoyed from Imam Khalid who gave us good islamic advised/ talks, which all seemed to hit the nail of the head of how I was feeling or wondering on that day.
He also naturally applied banter which was warming and light hearted.
We had a talk on zoom and also the day before the first Umrah on how Umrah is done, what to expect and what was the plan. From the Imam and the brothers from Ziyara Tours. Even through my personal two umrahs I had the brothers helping me with big and small milestones. May Allah SWT reward them. They had no issues nor no qualms.
Whether is Madinah or Makkah they brothers ensured we knew where to go and gave us advise with physical videos and pictures of meeting points, landmarks, local amenities and currency exhange.
Sincerely brothers and sisters I could go one but I doubt you would want to read a massive long review. But sincerely from the bottom of my heart please do go with Ziyara, please tell your family and friends as well. They are professional, sincere, kind, reliable, trustworthy, approachable and a Moroccan saying اللي أمرهم دار. They honestly put their whole heart into the trips and into you as an individual. I’ve just finished my Umrah trip with Ziyarah Tour and wanted to share a bit about how it went.
Right from the start, they got back to me quickly and sorted everything out with no fuss, which really set the tone for the whole trip. All the travel plans were taken care of smoothly, and whenever I had a question or needed something, the team, Sajid and Rashid, was always there to help. They really paid attention to what each of us needed, making the whole experience feel personal and special.
The team went above and beyond – it wasn’t just business for them, it felt genuinely friendly and welcoming. The daily educational sessions were both engaging and informative. Imam Khalid enhanced the spiritual aspect, making it more meaningful.
When we went to Medina, Quba Mosque was closed for a bit, but Sajid and Rashid jumped in and quickly sorted another visit for us that evening, so we didn’t miss anything important. The places we stayed and the food we had were top notch – really comfy and tasty, which made the trip even better. Even when things got busy, the team did everything they promised, which I really appreciated.
All in all, I can’t recommend Ziyarah Tour enough – they were fantastic and I’d definitely suggest them if you’re thinking about doing Umrah.

We have just returned from an unforgettable Umra experience. Ziyara tours were friendly and helpful. The hotel in Madinah was lovely, great food, and next to the Masjid an Nawabi. However, it was very difficult to get a ticket to the Rawdah so book this well in advance inshallah. Potentially it would be great if Ziyara tours could get group tickets inshallah.

The hotel in Makkah was not bad but a bit far from the Haram, myself and another older friend found it a bit long but easy for most. It’s about 20-30 min walk depending on crowds. The Imam was very knowledgeable and spiritual person who gave talks on a number of occasions which were very good. On the Ziyara I attended it was great, perhaps extending the time at some places. Visiting Uhud was especially memorable MashaAllah.

Overall an excellent team, who were keen to help anyone with any issues, friendly and helpful. We were transported safely throughout the trip. May Allah reward them for their efforts, Ameen.

We are so glad we booked with Ziyara Tours everything was organised & planned & having a schedule ahead of time was very useful. Being able to easily contact the brothers & everyone on the tour via whatsapp was so helpful. Even small details such as having data had been covered. Travelling for umrah with two young children I was nervous but Alhamdullilah Ziyara tours helped immensely. Imam Khalid leading & being able to approach ask any questions directly & via whatsapp was such a relief. JazakAllah to the whole team. Alhamdullilah even with changes we were able to do everything we planned for & reached everywhere in a timely manner. Having Ibadah days inbetween & it being planned well is credit to Ziyara Tours May Allah swt bring more baraka to your business. I would highly recommend them! A knowledgeable, caring and approachable team who made sure everyone was comfortable & were more than happy to help every step of the way.

Amazing service I would recommend to all to use. Really nice brothers literally there every step of the process, going above and beyond. One of the best travel company I have traveled with (and I have traveled to many countries so far).
4 of us wanted to go to Iraq and then for umrah, unfortunately we had to cancel the Iraq part of the trip. Ziyara tours and in particular Sajid handled the cancellation very well. We then went for umrah our accommodations and travel arrangements were excellent. Unfortunately during umrah I lost/had my passport stolen but Sajid was available to advise and to sort out issues that arose. Many thanks to Sajid, if there were more than 5* I would have given them

Ziyara Tours organised a splendid tour to Masjid Al Aqsa and many other important sites. This was my first tour and hoping to do many more tours with Ziyara Tours In Shaa Allah. The tour was AMAZING from start to finish, jammed packed with so much to see and do. I recommend Ziyara Tours to everyone and any one contemplating to go on a tour to Masjid Al Aqsa + and give 11/10 for all the staff who delivered the tour in an excellent manner. Well Done!!!
