I recently travelled to Al-Aqsa with Ziyaara Tours , this was my first solo trip and I was a bit nervous to start off with , brother Sajid was very responsive and addressed any concerns I had to start off with . All my expectations were exceeded the tour was absolutely amazing and I got to learn a lot from it , guide Medi was very knowledgable and gave detailed explanation of all the sites visited .
The group I was travelling with were amazing and supportive , brother Sajid was on hand and provided support through out . This is a trip I will never forget ( a dream come true ) and will definitely be travelling with Ziyara tours again IA .

We all had a wonderful spiritual journey with our lovely Imam sahab,tour guide Sheikh medi the driver and all behind the scenes who made us enjoy our journey a big Thankyou and may Allah swt reward you all including the whole Group who helped us through out our journey.

This was our best experience of an umrah package with children and parents . The communication from start to end was fantastic. We were never left waiting whether that was the initial quote or waiting for our guide in medina whilst doing Zayirah . The whole journey was made extra special with the phenomenal ziyarahs in both Mecca and medina which really made the the whole journey and history come to life for the children and all of us.

The hotels in Mecca and Medina were both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and we were soo close to the haram sharif my parents loved it. The food and service was also excellent.

We also got gift bags with a book and tasbeh which made it extra special and the book provided was a very concise umrah book.

Highly reccomend to anyone wanting to go on umrah. May Allah bless Ziyara tours to continue taking people on a journey of a lifetime 🤲🏽

Alhamdulillah , can’t thank Ziyara tour enough , we just arrived back from our very sudden trip to iraq, I reached out to the brothers, and they helped and arranged the entire package in less than 24 hours , we managed to visit all the cities in iraq within in 9 day, it was so professionally planned . the trip was made so smooth and pleasant . We performed Umrah with Ziyara Tours in December 2025 and had an excellent experience overall. From the outset, communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made the whole journey much smoother. Any questions we had before and during the trip were handled efficiently.

The organisation of the tour was very well managed, from travel arrangements to accommodation and daily schedules. Everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus fully on our Umrah without unnecessary stress.

Alhamdulillah, I recently joined the Ziyara Tour team on the December 2025 to do Umrah with my wife and three young children.

It was a truly a memory that will last a lifetime that enriched us all spiritually and with the knowledge provided by the amazing Shahyk Mubeen Raza.

Ziyara tours provided great communication prebooking, answered all questions and concerns that we had. Everything was planned efficiently and with a thought of all people that had joined the tour. The management team overall was amazing and easy to approach. The attention to detail allowed it to make it an even more memorable meaningful experience.

A special thank you to Shaykh Mubeen Raza for his guidance and wisdom throughout the trip, the daily sessions providing us with with wealths of knowledge. Also a special thank you to brother Rashid and Sajjid on their dedication, kindness and caring approach during the entirety of the tour. Their management and planning allowed for a well executed tour. During the umrah itself there was constant consideration that the whole group was doing well appreciative of the varying age groups that were present. The ear pieces that were used allowed for the duas to be read in unison and ease.

The children loved listening to the naats, nasheeds and dhikr on the couch trips. Alhumdulillah memories created for life.

If anyone is not sure what to do with which groups to go with I can highly recommend going with the Ziyara Tours group even if it is a young family like ours was.

We've just come home from our Umrah travels and the old me would of just sat down and scrolled social media, or jump on the PlayStation to "rest" after travelling for 15 hours.

The new me was ripping open the suitcases frantically trying to find my Madinah prayer mat and getting excited to feel that connection, and yeah that connection is still there. It hit me as soon as my forehead and nose touched the mat like it did when we all prayed Isha on the marble floor for the first time in Makkah.

Thank you to the Ziyara team and thank you to the group that made it feel more like a community rather than just some people going to the same place. We've made new friends for life and many amazing new connections.

This was my first tour with Ziyara, and hopefully not my last! Every day was well organised; we were able to visit so many incredible places and had the chance to attend optional lectures too. It was clear how much effort went into every part of the journey.

The tour guides in Jordan and Palestine were truly wonderful, so passionate and knowledgeable about their homeland which made the experience even more special. Having Imam Nizaal’s reflections and lectures throughout the journey was something I am very grateful for; it elevated what was already an incredible and spiritual experience.

What really stood out was the care and understanding shown toward families traveling with children. Especially when it came to allowing extra toilet breaks for children with medical conditions. They never rushed us and made sure everyone was comfortable, which made a huge difference for my family.
Imam Nizaal provided information during the journey was very knowledgeable, and we really benefited from the guidance and explanations he shared. It added a lot of value to the experience.

We also had a fabulous time in Wadi Rum and truly wished we had more time to spend there, as it was an unforgettable part of the trip.

Our family trip to Jordan was exceptional thanks to Ziyara Tours. Brother Sajid reassured us from the start and accommodated every request with care. Airport assistance, daily touring, meals, and hotel arrangements were seamless. The whole experience felt organised, personal, and uplifting. We couldn’t have asked for more and will happily return

I was initially planning to organise a private tour to Jordan myself for a family group of 12, with ages ranging from 24 to 76, including two vulnerable autistic adults. I quickly learned that Jordan doesn’t allow private tours of more than five people without an official guide, which made me nervous—especially since most available tours are not private or multi-destination packages.

I came across Ziyara Tours through a Google search and submitted an enquiry. To my surprise, I received a call back from Brother Sajid within minutes. I explained our specific requirements, including connecting rooms for the autistic adults and their parents, and the need for additional toilet breaks. From the very beginning, I was reassured that all our needs would be accommodated with care and understanding. In fact the family with the two autistic adults were wavering on whether to attend or not and it was brother Sajid's reassurance which convinced them.

We were originally a group of 12 but later had two more family members join the trip, and every change was handled with complete professionalism—never once did we feel like our requests were an inconvenience. The whole process had a calm, “nothing is too much trouble” attitude, which made planning so much easier.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the service was exceptional. We were met by their representative *before* immigration, which meant no queues and a seamless transition straight to baggage collection. Throughout the trip—multiple hotel check-ins, daily touring, and special arrangements—everything was managed flawlessly by their rep/guide. Dinner and breakfast boxes were organised in advance whenever our schedule meant we might miss meal times.

The guide was incredibly supportive of our group’s diverse needs, and Brother Sajid remained available at all times. He even provided a direct Jordan-based contact (sister Iman) for additional support. She checked in continuously throughout the trip which was much appreciated.

I had requested three wheelchairs for the elderly members of our group, and sure enough, they were ready for us on our coach throughout the tour.

Thanks to Ziyara Tours, our journey was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. It ended up being an amazing experience—both fun and deeply spiritual for all of us.

We will definitely be choosing Brother Sajid and Ziyara Tours again for our future family trips. Thank you so much for everything!

Family friendly trip to Al Aqsa - Jaida

Visiting Al-Aqsa with our four children:
10, 8, 4, and even our 6 month old baby was one of the most emotional and meaningful experiences of our life.

An unforgettable experience and a place I pray they will remember for how it made them feel and for the importance of visiting the blessed land.

We were initially anxious about travelling to Al Aqsa with young children, but our tour guide, brother Sajid put us completely at ease from the start. We felt safe, informed, and supported at every moment. Any questions we had, he would answer.

A huge thank you to brother Sajid for being so patient and attentive, finding us alternative child friendly routes, always checking if we were ok with such calmness despite whatever may have been going on in the background. Noted and very much appreciated.

As a family it’s easier to enter the Al Aqsa compound and despite the routine security checks at the entrance, inside we felt completely safe and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Very much reminded me of the tranquility of Madinah.

Thank you to Ziyarah Tours for helping us achieve this dream. Walking through the gates as a family felt incredibly special and surreal at the same time. Holding the stroller with one hand and the hands of my older kids and just feeling so grateful.

Members in our group showed such kindness and patience with our children and helped us along the way.
The area is very family-friendly and the people were so kind. Smiling at the children, giving them sweets and even trying to settle the baby while I was in the middle of salah.

The wide open courtyards gave the kids plenty of space to walk and run around comfortably. And play with their football and all the cats around the compound.

There were peaceful spots everywhere where we could pause and the kids could sit and recite their Juz’Amma or just rest and play. My kids were fascinated by it all.

The history around us became an unexpected learning moment for us all and they knew they were somewhere special.
Truly grateful that the story of Al Isra wal Miraj became alive for them and to see their little faces when they actually saw the very place where this took place, was priceless.

We took some beautiful family photos in the courtyard. The entire experience was a combination of spirituality, history, and family memories and a chance to re-connect, reflect, and create more memories.

Ziyarah Tours also provided our very own scholar, Imam Sahib who offered daily thought provoking reflections in the evening which tied up the day beautifully. Wasn’t able to attend as much due to children sleeping but a much needed reflective spiritual conclusion.

The one thing we all enjoyed, including the children, was the well balanced flow of information with the walking and coach tours.

Sheikh Saleh with his wealth of knowledge and offering the best of the local knowledge, islamic and spiritual history.

Brother Medhat offering a very detailed Islamic historical and spiritual tour which brought the historical sites to life.

It can understandably, sometimes get a bit chaotic with children, especially as our children fell ill before travelling and whilst there, but think well of Allah and He will make it easy Alhumdullillah.

I’m so grateful we visited with our children and Al-Aqsa is an experience I would highly recommend to do as a family.
It exceeded all expectations, and we cannot recommend Ziyarah Tours, especially Brother Sajid, highly enough.

This trip will remain a treasured memory for our family and the children and us can’t wait to go back!

Some tips for families travelling with young children:
-Pack a snack bag for the day
-Take flasks which can be filled with hot food (noodles, rice), which the children can eat later when in the compound.
-Buy a ball there and take some toys to keep the children occupied whilst in the compound in between salah times so you can focus on ibadah.
-Colouring/Reading/notebooks for the coach tours.
-Take a tea flask for yourself!

This was an amazing experience of my life to Al Aqsa in November 2015. The whole trip from start to end was amazing.. brother Saj was alway there to support and welcome you in every way.. the tour was educational and was full of knowledge. Never in my life I thought I would be going there.. Thanks for making my trip so memorable.
