Always Easy to Order and Ship Promptly

The color was completely wrong on my business cards. I also selected the soft touch coating and did not get it. Very disappointed.

I have been using Zoo Printing for a very long time.
In fact, I am the artist that designed the ZOO Logo. Over the many years there have been highs and lows but I can say with honesty that the latest run I am having with ZOO is on a high. Much much better customer service and meeting production deadlines have been noticeably better than ever before.

I think your online order system is better then a direct contact ordering

Response to tickets are terrible and super delayed. I've been a client for over 20 years, this company has changed for the worst

They’ve been great overall, but lately my biggest concerns have been with the finishing quality of my business card orders.

I consistently order 16pt cards with UV high gloss on both sides, yet I don’t always receive that finish. Instead, some orders arrive with an AQ coating. No matter how many support tickets I submit, the issue continues to happen.

Another major concern is the cutting quality. Several of my recent orders have arrived with rough cuts and chipped edges. I’ve been ordering from Zoos for over 20 years, and this was never an issue until recently.

One order of round-corner business cards was especially disappointing. The cards arrived heavily chipped around the edges. Two replacement orders were sent, and both had the same problem. The third replacement finally arrived without the chipping, but every card had a small red dot printed on it, and the order was mixed in with another customer’s cards.

I also feel that Quality Control should take a more proactive role when handling reprints. If a customer reports a production issue, someone should physically inspect the replacement order before it ships. Instead, the process seems limited to an apology email and an automatic reprint, which often results in the same problems being sent out again.

For now, I’ve moved my printing over to 4OVER. I understand that 4OVER owns Zoos and that they may even share the same facility, though I’m not sure if the equipment is the same. So far, every order I’ve received from 4OVER has been excellent.

I’ve been a loyal customer for more than two decades and would genuinely like to see Zoos return to the level of quality and consistency that originally earned my business. Please get these issues addressed.
