Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They don’t let you list your concern. Shouting down the phone. Photos are photoshopped with backgrounds which are clearly editing the cars. All the imperfections of the cars are not present in the photos. Company taking no liability saying the auction took the photos although the companies logo is in the top left hand corner, they are liable for all photos displayed. Not happy with the photos? Take new ones simple.

Thank you for your review Kirsty. While we don’t fully understand the reason for your concern, we are happy to explain our picture process. All our cars are advertised in person with no photoshopping. Before they arrive and are prepared for pictures though, we use the images supplied to us from the various vendors we purchase them from. The images of the cars are not enhanced, but the backgrounds are edited so that they can be viewed publicly. Whilst these images are not as good as ours, they are a lot better than displaying adverts with no images. Whilst we welcome feedback from customers, if your preference is that we don’t display these images as a good visual representation of the cars that are due to arrive, then regrettably, we will continue to disappoint you. This is not something we will be changing.

We ordered our Sofa over 2 months ago…

We ordered our Sofa over 2 months ago and it arrived today however, the console that controls the Sofa didn’t arrive. We now have a sofa that cannot be used and no one appears to know where the console is. We were advised there is a huge chance they will have to order another sofa which will take another 10 weeks to come! In addition, when the sofa arrived, it is snagged - again, told they aren’t fixing it until the console is located in case they have to order a new sofa! This means we have a snagged sofa for the next two months.

First one a success… Second one not as much

I have ordered two of these. The first one was great and really fun to do! However, the second one was somewhat more frustrating. I set it up as per the instructions and as I did previously and experienced no problems however, the second one kept tangling. I did email customer service and provided them photos but they were very slow at replying and appear to have stopped all together now. It has taken them that long to respond I was no longer in a position to send them further photos.

The idea of having enough string to do 3 pictures is a bit pointless to me… I wouldn’t want to spend 6-8 hours doing my canvas to then cut it all up again… they should really have the option of being able to buy the board separately too!!

According to our records, we asked you to send a clear photo of the spool holder with the thread, and we also provided an example for reference. This step is essential, as the thread can only become tangled if it isn’t threaded through the special hole in the spool holder.

Unfortunately, the photo we received from you didn’t follow the provided reference, so we weren’t able to verify whether this was the case. Later, you mentioned that you no longer have the product, which makes it difficult for us to investigate the issue further or offer a reasonable solution :(

We always care deeply about our customers and do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. However, in some cases, it becomes difficult or even impossible when the necessary information or proof is not available.

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I booked parking in Aberdeen a week ahead of new years! We were due to park our car on the 31st December 2024 and collect it on the 1st January 2025, given that it was a pre booking and the barriers are number plate recognition, we didn’t see this being an issue and assumed given the website was accepting bookings, they were only taking pre bookings only. On Tuesday 31st December at 09:38, a couple hours before we were due to leave for our journey, Q Park decided to email me with the following “ Good morning,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my local team.

I understand you have a pre-booking today until tomorrow however our carpark closes today at 18:00 and doesn’t re-open until 07:00 on the 2nd of January.

Would you still like to keep this booking or would you like us to cancel this and issue a full refund?”

I think it’s absolutely disgraceful that Q Park didn’t pick up this error when my booking was first made instead of the day of our booking. The customer advisors were extremely unhelpful blaming the marketing team for not preventing bookings being made on this date.

All they could offer me was a refund (which I had to wait days for on top of paying for another booking with a different firm) and a 20% discount. Even after the firm contacted me about this, they were still accepting bookings on their website, which I had to contact them and advise them off!

I placed an order on the 11th November…

I placed an order on the 11th November 2024. I have tried to contact them on numerous of occasions and haven’t had much luck. I was told my order was made and it would be shipped out that week. A week later, my order still hasn’t been shipped and was advised the courier they used was EVRI and not Royal Mail as stated on their website, if I knew this I wouldn’t have ordered. I was then advised due to staff shortages my order had been delayed and I still do not have my order even though I was told it would only take 3-4 weeks to receive it!!
