Dawid in the Cameron Toll store is a top guy. Thanks for your help with getting me a pair of sick Ecco shoes today mate!

Boots arrived love them 😍
Excellent service 👏 thanks

I visited the 121 shoe outlet within cameron toll centre in Edinburgh recently. I was undecided and just browsing. The customer service that Sharon and Susan provided was excellent, and all my questions answered with superb professionalism and in depth knowledge with regards to different brands, quality and comfort. I would highly recommend 121 shoes to anyone looking for a classic, stylish comfortable pair of shoes.

Mr Jay Fraser.

121 shoes had the Clark’s boots my wife was looking for. They were £12.50 cheaper than Clark’s on sale! They were also sent overnight with Royal Mail Track and trace. The boots arrived in time and were as expected. 5 stars for 121 shoes.

Excellent shoes, great price and quick delivery

I had awesome service from this store. I was making an online purchase but had a query and I got really helpful advice over the phone. The boots arrived super-fast the day after ordering. Couldn’t be happier with the boots, the great price and the excellent customer service. Thanks so much!

Good website
Well packed shoes
Shoes exactly as advertised with prompt delivery and even included a returns bag should it have been necessary to return

Grat shoes. Trendy and comfortable. The sale price was great.

Prompt delivery!
Shoes very comfortable and excellent reduced price.

Wrong sized shoes turned up, after some discussion they issued a refund (they suggested I had worn them outside and marked the soles, not the case but nevertheless gave a refund after a short email exchange)

Very pleased with the quality of the Gabor ladies boots . Exactly as advertised, excellent quality, true to size and very well packaged. Delivery time excellent, would definitely use 121 shoes again - highly recommend.

The shoes were delivered within a few days of placing the order they arrived well packaged in perfect condition. I couldn't get the shoes from Clarks and was so pleased that Shoes123 had them. Would definitly purchase from them again.

Straightforward and quick transaction- arrived in perfect condition- very pleased

Great service - amazingly fast and good price. Discount on first order. Would use again.

Excellent service especially from the Receptionist, Heather, who moved heaven and earth to get me the right shoes.

Saw them. Bought them easily navigating the web site. Delivery was prompt. I love them. Thank you.

Don’t fall for the 10% discount gag, apparently the shoes I was going to buy don’t qualify. Another rip off company.
