Arrived quickly, in great condition but I sadly realised that I’d ordered the wrong size so had to return my shoes.

Well priced shoes, all delivered in a few days. Processes ran smoothly.

Great shoes good price fast efficient service I will definitely use 121 Shoes again.

Good choice of top brands at fair prices.

Good service, good price, good delivery. One small suggestion notification of pending delivery rather than 'completed on our side' would be better.

I have been after a pair of size 3 Clarke’s Laini sling back shoes for weeks. Found the 121 Shoes website on Saturday 2nd July placed my order. Shoes delivered at 09:30 5th July. There was even a return packet in the shoe box. That’s what I call service. I am not return the shoes they fit just fine. I would recommend 121 Shoes to everyone.

Ordered shoes at 12.45 on Wednesday with next day delivery. They finally arrived today - Saturday - and they are the wrong colour. As they are required for tonight I am very very disappointed. Order 205920

In stock, delivered when it was supposed to be delivered. What more do you want?

Shoes as described. However, I never got a tracking number and was left in limbo, waiting for my package.

Hesitant about purchasing shoes online, but I knew what I wanted, so chanced ordering 2 pairs.
Speedy service, corrct model and size received, a subsequent query responded to immediately, and another highly satisfied customer now wearing comfortable shoes on daily 3 mile walks (without having to wear them in or wait for the leather to soften).

Service was efficient and uncomplicated. Couldn’t ask for more.

Purchased Clarks sandals at very competitive price. Delivery really quick. Item well packaged. I would definitely order from this company again.

Great service from 121 shoes. I took advantage of a flash 24 hour sale on a specific trainer I had been looking for. Item came promptly and as ordered . My queries were dealt with superbly by Heather in customer service and I am very satisfied with the product. On my experience I would definitely recommend this company.

121Shoes were the only business who could provide me with exactly the shoes I wanted. They were very easy to deal with and, when I briefly spoke to them on the telephone, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service, sandals has stated, well packaged Thankyou

Terrible communication from this company. Ordered a pair of Ecco shoes and I have received no order confirmation emails from them; no tracking details and they will not respond to email; calls or voice mails.

Will be seeking a full refund immediately and will defiantly vow not to return again.

I was very impressed by the service I received from 121 Shoes. The delivery was prompt and the package was very secure. The trainers I purchased were priced very competitively. Will definitely consider purchasing from 121 Shoes again.
