The right pair of shoes were delivered promptly.
Royal Mail offered to deliver them to my address or a nearby post office, so collection was easy.

Great price, well packaged.

Took the order no problem, took the money no problem, then a few days later I formed me they did not have the Rieker sandals, and yet for several days after informing me, they were still showing the same sandals as available and the website would still allow me to order again. Also said I would receive my refund soon and after 5 days I had to go to PayPal as no sign of a refund. As soon as PayPal contacted them a refund was done quickly but now I have to wait another 5 days before the money will be I my account so I am without the money for 10 days yet 121 were able to take the payment instantly.
Just pay a bit extra and order your shoes fro a reputable supplier. Would definitely not use 121 again at any price or recommend that anybody else should.
Very disappointed indeed just always use Amazon as you will receive what you order and not be lying out the money for something that you buy and the supplier doesn't even have.

Good shoes, at a reasonable price, quick delivery.

Great service. Susan in the shop was so helpful and I got my lovely new Ecco Ladies golf shoes in time for my holiday. Highly recommend this company as first class service.

Prompt del Sandles A1 very happy with purchase

Thank you for my fabulous boots.. the second pair of these I have had! Service prompt and professional:)

I said don't read it

I bought some shoes and a couple of days later they arrived.

Price very good and happy with process & shoes.
Would have been 5 stars if I'd been told about date of despatch & ETA.
- first I knew was email from royal mail.

I had tried several shops to find these particular shoes, Clark’s, with no luck. Tried online too, not much luck. Visited 121 for first time. Exactly what I wanted. Ordered late Wednesday night and I was wearing them Saturday lunchtime. What’s not to like. I’ll definitely be buying from you again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got what I needed.

Found exactly what I wanted, Easy transaction. My only comment would be that I bought a sale item and took advantage of the 10% off your first order, but it wasn't immediately apparent this only applied to full price items.

Great quality golf shoes at an excellent price.
Answered a query about delivery very promptly and item received within a few days.

I have ordered from this shop previously and been impressed by the efficient customer service. I was sent an email about the New Year Sale and ordered a pair of discounted boots. They arrived yesterday and are perfect. I felt confident ordering again as you receive a bag in which you can return any items which don't fit or are not suitable upon close inspection.

Best price on a pair of Solovairs and fast delivery. Would definately recommend.

Good price. Nice and simple to buy web-site.

Thanks for the excellent service. I am very pleased with the item i ordered from you and the delivery was right in time. Will certainly recommend your service to anyone.
Thank you very much.

Bought a pair of shoes at this shop online, only to realize afterwards that their physical shop is 1 mile away from my home. Called the shop and ask them if I could collect at the store instead of waiting for the post. They changed the delivery to the shop with no problems. Great customer care.
The only thing I will point out is that they only accept online payment via PayPal which is not the best option in my opinion.
Will be visiting the physical shop more often now that I know it exists.
