Cheap materials and short. Once again same as crew necks won't be buying again from 4th arq. Anything other than the half zips are poor

Never received my order
I was super excited to order the lennox half zip in abstract but unfortunately I never received my order as it was sent to the wrong address. I absolutely love this brand, never had a problem with deliveries before and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately this time I was disappointed.

Lennox quality is not as good as it used to be!
I normally love the half zips. In total I think I have 10. I recently bought the Lennox in seafoam and the quality was really poor. It is a really thin fleece and not up to the standard of previous ones I have bought.

Horrible smell, extortionate return
Ordered some fleeces, had I known the cost to return them I wouldn’t have purchased them in the first place. The fleeces themselves were lovely, however they had a horrible smell so I returned them at the cost of £15. I did repurchase and can confirm the replacements smells fine.

I think you need to state very clearly how much UK customers are paying to return items - I paid £17 via Royal Mail and 14 days later still haven't received my refund.
