Easy to put up with sturdy and well made.

I got what I paid for. Excellent quality and durability with the hexagonal construction. We use the canopy almost every weekend and we are more than pleased with the operation. We wore out the carrying bag and just received a replacement. I will be purchasing a second canopy!

Arrived quickly, well-made product.

I have ordered from this company a few years back and they have backed up their product by clear communication and fast delivery and seem to do what they can to make things right. I was hesitant at first since I do try to just work with people over the phone and not just by email. Due to their quick responses and flow of communication through email, I felt okay to order from this company. If and when there was an issue they not only made it right but gave beyond what they had to. Something you do not see too often. Recently the company had a product I ordered and sometimes issues happen with certain models produced. They offered me some choices and when I decided I still wanted to return it, they gave me a complete refund, and for this product still allowed me to keep it. This does not mean they would do this for all things but I was floored and very blessed with how nice they were about handling the issue.

The colour is completely WRONG! I asked for teal and the design is clearly DARK GREEN! Honestly I am beside myself

The canopy is beautiful. Well made and sturdy. The colors are vibrant. It was shipped to me within my event timeline. Design team was easy to work with.

I ordered a blue umbrella and paid for it.
I got a notice that they didn’t have that color so I had to choose another color.

You do not package your products well.

The box we pretty best up and the canopy was right near the box and it was accidentally cut when trying to remove the tape.

You can do better.

Very happy with quality and customer service. Had a warranty claim that was handled fast and easy.

Had a seam fail on the corner of our canopy, we explained the situation and ABCCanopy replaced it and shipped to us quite quickly, we only had to pay a portion of the shipping. We are quite pleased. Highly recommend this company.

Had it in stock and delivered very quickly

This was a gift for my mom and she loves it. I bought this canopy since I loved the brown color which turned out to be a more dark copper brown. Very pretty but a bit different from the photos. Simple set up instructions and arrived on time. My only concern is some of the parts do not seem very reliable but hopefully they will hold up well. So far a great buy.

Product was great. The Mojave is the Mojave.
A few user errors / things I wish did sooner, as the wind picked up in the Mojave:
- I needed to lower the shade sooner
- &, with the shifting wind, I left the side wall attached too long (it became a sail)
- 10-12 inch stakes are needed in the Mojave (as I use on all my other gear)
Alas, a strong gust gave the whole shade a flip, snapping a joint…. :-/
I was able to attach a brace & salvage it for the remainder of my trip, but sadly, it went to the metal heap after just one use.
I tend to avoid using pop up tents for this very reason - if there’s a next time, hopefully I’ll remember these lessons…

Fast delivery

Delivery was fast (next day!) and the quality is better than several other tents we already own.

I tried to purchase from abc canopy. Order was confirmed and paid when I received an email stating they could not ship to my address. Asked me to confirm my address or give another address.. they cancelled my order. Still don't know why it couldn't ship. Maybe because I'm in the states and they didn't want to cover shipping? Idk but it was super disappointing. I found them through a post on tik tok. I made sure to go notify everyone on the post of my experience.
