Poor Quality
I purchased an ABI Elan 2 years ago and have been generally disappointed with the quality, internal doors and the french doors stick and do not open and close properly, although they were supposedly attended to they are not much better also internal trim in several places became unstuck and needed re sticking.
The towel radiator in the shower room began to show signs of corrosion within 12 months. This was replaced under warranty, but the same thing has happened again within another 12 months, but they will not replace it. I appreciate the caravan itself was out of warranty, but this radiator was replaced less than 12 months ago and should be replaced and clearly there is a problem with this particular radiator.
Having spent around £40k on the caravan I would expect much better. This is the first ABI I have purchased, previously having gone with Willerbey. In hindsight stick to what you know best and certainly wont be buying another ABI !!!

P.S. I read all these bad reviews from other unhappy customers yet no one from ABI bothers to reply to any of us, they clearly don't care about their customers or have any customer care.
