Great product, supplied quickly!

As a metal musician who is constantly headbanging and running around on stage, these earplugs fit so well and the sound dampening is perfect, no slip.

I had a deadline to meet and ACS took the time to hear my request and ensure that my products arrived in time for the deadline where I would need them.

Overall an impressive level of service and the sound quality is extrememly good.

The products are of excellent quality. I initially struggled with the custom-fit earplugs because I ordered them without the optional grip, which I had been told wasn’t necessary. However, I found them very hard to remove. After about a week, I figured out a technique—though not very intuitive—that works for me, but I would still recommend getting the grip for easier removal.

The in ear monitors are great in both sound quality and isolation, which was my main priority. As a drummer, I use them for practice as well as on stage. When connected to mobile devices (laptop, phone, tablet), they tend to be overly sensitive, picking up hums or background noise—something that doesn’t happen with professional gear like audio interfaces.

Overall, I’m very happy with the products. My only criticism is the customer service, which has been slow to respond and not particularly proactive, though they have eventually resolved my issues.

They fit perfectly, worth the extra trip to get moulds done. They are leagues ahead of non fitted ear defence, even those with filters. Great for saxophone and slightly less ‘in head’ resonance when playing compared to normal earplugs. Took a while to arrive, but worth it. If I were to get them done again I would take sax mouthpiece and hold in mouth when getting moulds done, as read this gives an even better fit, but cannot verify this personally

I've been using ACS to supply custom earplugs for motorcycle use for over 20 years and both their service and their products are first-class. They're always easy to deal with and since they keep a digital scan library they can manufacture replacement earplugs without a new impression - great if you lose one!

These were replacements for earplugs I managed to lose. ACS were really helpful, had the casts on record so I could re-order easily. Delivery took a while but that was made clear when I ordered. Great product, very pleased to have my replacements.

Easy to get fitted for the earplugs. Great service at Boots and clearly have a good relationship with ACS. Delivery on time and prompt response to queries. Earplugs fit very well.

I've always been frustrated by earplugs as a classical musician, but ACS are the first plugs I've found that don't impact my sound or playing! Definitely worth the price compared to easy and cheap options!

But it was not comfortable, I've got some from specsavers that took about a week to arrive and they do the same job and more comfortable. They were also cheaper. Taking about 4 weeks to arrive is too long. I put them on with the gel provided and my right ear was very sore and the material used is a bit too sticky rubbery, felt like I was ripping my skin off when taking it off.

On the whole it was a good experience but I was disappointed that I had to wait so long for my earplugs to be ready.
