Do t be scared to call, incredibly helpful.
Incredibly helpful and approachable, I was scared to call at first, however, after speaking to Jack and explaining he referred me back to HM Customs to speak to them, I did this and have sorted the confusion. Called back and spoke to Angela in Jacks absence who was equally helpful also incredibly understanding and empathic. Thank you
