The quality of an organisation lies not just in their product but in how they respond when something goes wrong. I have contacted Customer Service twice now and on both occasions it has been dealt with "the old fashioned way"....i.e someone I could clearly understand rapidly assisted me. It felt like I was talking to a friend.....Thankyou

Very friendly and helpful
Very friendly and helpful when I had an internet speed issue, turns out it was my fault and due to the ethernet cable I had used. Would highly recommended for great customer support, and the monthly cost is very reasonable for the speeds.

Wow, what an amazing service.
1st time of calling with an issue and wow, what a great service.
Daniels actions were instant and really reassuring/knowledgeable and he gave me every confidence that the issue would be resoved quickly.
Appointment booked for Monday, the engineer arrived bang on time, and resolved the issue.

Alncom have been extremely helpful in getting our broadband upgraded to fibre. All the engineers that we’ve met have been very pleasant and efficient. The office staff are very polite and helpful and return calls when they say they will, which we appreciate and value. The installation process was executed sensitively and swiftly by Zak who is an obsolute assett to Alncom, nothing was a bother to him and he was polite, friendly, considerate and professional. He helped me reconnect all of my devices and cameras and got help with the ones that were proving to be problematic.
Since the installation, I have had a polite follow up call to check that everything is running OK, which it is.

From planning to installation and follow up - top marks.
From planning to installation the whole process has been very smooth. Knowledgable technicians who are polite and give good explanations about what they are doing Follow up interaction with customer support in Alnwick was excellent. All in all a top service providing us with super fast broadband throughout our home. This has been an experience that is light years away from the issues we had with our previous provider. Alncom is a local company that Northumberland should be proud of.

Great
Good price, great reliability, service and speed. Signed up after enduring a major British national 'service' for too many years. It's a night and day difference. Not long after getting connected I suffered a breakage/disconnect, not great of course, but rang Alncom fairly late on an afternoon, got an answer after about 3 rings speaking to a real person, got put through to the right department, answered a few questions about the issue and literally less than an hour and a half later had someone round and issue was fixed there and then, within 30 minutes of arrival... my previous provider had me cut off for 3 weeks... no comparison.

What a fab service
We chose to change from another provider and go with Alncom and we were connected and up and running the next day. The service has been excellent from the off. I have had a follow up calls to check that we are happy with the service already too.
With our previous provider, the TV would freeze constantly, it was always cutting out and that hasn't happened at all with Alncom. Really please that we chose to change.
They even paid our early termination fee. I would not use any other provider now. Lewis, Paula and the team have been so helpful and a credit to the company
