A great experience with a highly professional company. They got my mom the Aid & Attendance Benefit in just 5 months. Money well spent to simplify and accelerate the VA benefit process.

Everyone that I was in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. They kept me informed and made sure that I knew who to contact if they were not able to help me. The money it cost my mom was well worth spending because it would have been very difficult for me to do it on my own and very time consuming.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found the AVA to help with the entire VA assistance application process for my father. I was nervous about even starting this process, but from the very beginning to the very end, the staff was there for me. I had full confidence in their work! Directives and guidance given. Timeliness and thoroughness.

The application process was well organized and very detail. It went smoothly as I had all the necessary documents in place already. My case manager was very helpful. The packet that was given to me had everything laid out and what to expect in each phases. It would have been lengthy process if I was to do it myself. I'm glad AVA was here to guide me through this for my mother.

It was a process to obtain the information needed to get assistance, but there was always someone to help and guide you during this process.

The process does take time but American Veterans Aid was able to get the Aid and Attendance benefit for my mother. It’s great to have the additional income considering the cost of her care is so high.

I was told by another aid company that I did not qualify to receive the benefits because my husband had passed away. When I contact the American Veterans Aid, they assured me that I did qualify and were very helpful with all the forms I need to apply. I was also very pleased that the American Veterans Aid was honest with me and their fee was half of what the other company would have charge me.

When VA made their review, they didn't need to contact us to answer questions, it was all there.

Please please please do not give these people your money. Endless, meaningless promises and excuses without any action or accountability. My family has been waiting MONTHS for any kind of meaningful assistance or even a truthful update about the status of our package. We only know anything because we contact the VA directly, and what we learn almost always directly contradicts the "updates" we have to beg and plead for from AVA. Shameful in every sense of the word.
