I bought 2 water heaters from you over 2yrs. One was slightly faulty after 6 months but when I rang and told you your customer service were brilliant replacing it straight away. So sorry to hear you have gone into administration. Whatever you do in the future best of luck.

I was so sorry to learn that your company has gone into administration I have bought many products in the past including your halogen ovens and other products. They were always great quality, I only found out because I was trying to find your website to purchase the hot water dispenser that I wanted which was out of stock just before Christmas. I hope you find someway to bring the company back to life in the future!

I am very very sorry to hear that Andrew James has gone into administration. I found them to be a great company with great customer service. I bought quite a few things from Andrew James and always found them excellent especially their halogen oven. The reviews I've read here bear no resemblance to the company that I have used.

Ice maker started leaking after a few months. Andrew James UK has gone BUST so I wouldn't touch

So sorry to find Andrew James has ceased trading ,I have bought numerous products from them and had no problems with either product or service . I have always found them to be helpful and prompt with replies to queries and any replacement required ( my son lost a beater to his food mixer , I received a new one for him within 2 days of contacting them ). I was looking to make another purchase and am gutted I will now be unable to get my item.

Their coffee grinder casing splits ,just below the lid attachment, because of the tight fit between lid and casing, which must apply for safety ,but this loosens the seal below said lid which otherwise would still be in use.,,

So sorry Andrew James is not currently trading. I have found them to be honest, reliable, prompt and attentive, as I gather they have been with all their customers. I have found all my purchases arrived very quickly, well packed, been of good quality, have provided excellent service and continue to do so.
I do hope Andrew James are able to overcome their present difficulties and return to doing what they obviously work so hard for and do so well, providing us with useful and essential products for our house, home, garden and lifestyles.

Andrew James went into liquidation in October 2019

Bought a food dehydrator that stopped working, was promised a refund about a month ago, I've had no refund, their office is always closed when I ring, all of thier social media is dead, they have stopped replying to emails, I think they have gone into liquidation.

I ordered an Andrew James coffee filter machine on eBay in July this year at a very reasonable price. The machine looked good and until recently worked as expected. However, last week the 'mini-filter' at the base of the plastic filter holder fell apart and proved impossible to put back in. I immediately contacted Andrew James via eBay, asking them to send me a replacement filter holder. No answer. I subsequently sent them four further messages, including a photograph of the parts which fell off. I have to date not received any response from this company. To return this item for a refund would cost me at least £7 or £8. I am at a loss to understand why Andrew James has decided to ignore my messages.

Terrible company, I bought a blender that stopped working within the warranty. As they had no replacement available they promised a refund over a month ago but this never happened. I have followed up with multiple emails but no reply

Had an item that broke down within a year of it being purchased. They promised a refund. It never happened. Now the company has gone into liquidation! Poor investors and creditors.

Bought a coffee/spice grinder that malfunctioned. Went through hoops with the company to get it replaced . Had to send a video etc. This was months ago a replacement was promised but nothing has shown up. Been on the website this morning only to find administrators have been appointed. So I doubt will get a replacement now or money back. Don't buy their products.

Dozens of phone calls and emails to them.
No response. Website down and office closed.
Now at 79 years old, unable to lift a kettle, I’m left to wait for someone to come to make me a cup of tea.
Devastated, I can’t afford to buy a new one.

I have placed an order on 27/9/19 and I have sent 3 emails now to request a refund and still no response. Terrible company will never order from here again and will make sure I make everyone else aware of the horrendous customer service I’ve received.

Appalling customer services. Fake promises of a replacement, ignoring emails. Seems I am not alone in thinking this company should not be trading, if they still are that is. unfortunately one star is too good for this company.

My mini oven broke after four uses. Like others I’ve realised the company has just gone bust. HOWEVER because I bought it thru Amazon Uk. Amazon will refund me entire cost. They ve just sent me a free returns label and will then refund me directly. Amazing service so I hope this post helps others. They must be doing it for many Andrew James items as there was a direct link to customer services thru my Amazon “order” when I tapped return item.
