I have an Andrew James ice cream maker that I bought abfew years back. Since being in storage, we'd lost the paddle. I contacted AJ to see if I might find a replacement. Nicole M was really prompt to answer my query and organised sending a replacement really quickly. So happy that I can use the machine again in this hot weather! Great customer service 👏
I have an Immacuclean Pressure Washer PN: AJ001301 for 4 years with no problems, the soap bottle has a fault and I messaged this company to ask if I could buy a replacement or if they could recommend a compatible replacement. Basically I have been told no they don't have any and never even bothered to direct me towards a compatible part, or even tell me what fitting I need to look for so I can buy one elsewhere. They really need to do better if they are wanting future custom from me.
Nicole responded quickly to a general enquiry I made and helped out to solve my difficulty. Just excellent 👌

Needed a replacement part for a stand mixer that was 7 years old. Nicole M at customer services was very quick and helpful…..a couple of email exchanges later and new part sorted and on its way. Excellent customer services, cannot recommend this company enough
I reached out to Andrew James about an issue with my electric grill, where the non-stick coating had started to bubble and eventually failed. I was outside of Amazon’s one-year guarantee and hadn’t registered for the extended warranty, so I didn’t expect much could be done.
To my surprise, their customer service team was quick to respond and very helpful. After confirming a few details, they kindly offered to send me a replacement grill plate free of charge. I had already discarded the drip tray thinking the grill was beyond repair, and while they didn’t have a spare tray, they were still very accommodating and friendly throughout the process.
This kind of customer service is rare these days—responsive, understanding, and genuinely trying to help even after the warranty window. Really appreciated their support!
I bought a cafetiere from this company 9 years (didn’t realise it was so long ago) and contacted them to see if they sold replacement meshes for the plunger.
They asked for some details which I sent and they came back telling me they had managed to find some meshes which they are sending out to me free of charge.
Nice to find a company that goes the extra mile to satisfy a customer.
I’ve bought other products from them and they have all been first class.
Can’t recommend this company too highly.
I have owned two Lumiglo Fast Boil kettles which have served me well with no issues until the first one finally wore out. The second is in use now but the filter was much the worse for wear due mainly to our very hard water. Not being able to find one readily available I emailed Andrew James and received a prompt reply from Nicole Madeley, Customer Services Team Manager. Within the day she had located a new filter for me and arranged its despatch. It arrived I believe the next day, so top marks and thanks to Andrew James Customer Services!
I have an old single cup insulated Cafetiere and a new two cup. Both are very good. I needed replacement mesh filters for the one cup and Andrew James supplied FOC by return. Fantastic service

Bought an ice maker which I am very pleased with. I had issues with trying to register the warranty. After contacting the customer service team I was very impressed with their prompt response. I had my warranty confirmed as registered within 24hrs. Excellent customer service
Super quick delivery and super helpful customer service, one of the little parts of the handle was snapped so I emailed asking if they was able to send out another part as I didn’t want to return the whole appliance - Nicole who was super helpful responded very quick and they have organised for the part to be shipped!
We purchased a 5 litre Airpot around 10 months ago which had worked amazingly, unfortunately a fault occurred on the internal spout causing the unit not to work. We contacted Andrew James to report the fault and within less than 24 hours they got back to us to resolve the issue. Within a few days they supplied us with a new 5 litre Airpot. Great product and amazing customer service.
Amazing customer service! I've had my chocolate fountain for quite a while and one little piece snapped and the company very kindly sent me a whole new tower, free of charge. You never get that these days. I will definitely be buying from them again. And thank you....
We have owned an Andrew James electric BBQ for 8 years, it is first class, unfortuneately i misplaced the power lead whilst on holiday 2024, i e mailed to ascertain if i could source a replacement power cable, received a reply within 24 hours requesting additional information, this i provided, within a further 24 hours received a complimentary replacement power cable, all in all first class customer service, from Keith Roberts the Group Customer Service Manager
Bought a pressure washer of Amazon and needed a new part Amazon couldn’t help so went straight to supplier (Andrew James ) and the sorted me out straight away sent me the part within 24 hours and didn’t charge for anything, great genuine company and very helpfull
Bought an ice machine, needed the basket, contacted there customer service and amazing they sent me a new one in the post. Customer service b over and above, amazing.
I ordered a salt and pepper mill from Amazon. One of the mills was faulty, couldnt take the top of to put the batteries in. Contacted Andrew James customer service. Couldn't ask for better service. After following their instructions, they sent me a new set straight away. No fuss. Great service. Will go direct to them in future if I need anything.

Couldn’t be happier with this company - we recently splurged on a new coffee machine and after just 3 days of owning jt the coffee pot managed to smash when the dog bashed against the counter causing it roll off onto the floor from where it was drying.
Andrew James (and team- Nicole & Keith especially) couldn’t have been more helpful, they’ve managed to source another pot and are having it sent less than 48 hours after I emailed asking for help.
Fantastic company with a customer for life now - and oh so excited to use the coffee machine again!
