Katrina at Andrew James went above and beyond to assist me with a replacement part for my Stone Grill Raclette. She was quick to respond and solved this in a matter of hours. Fantastic customer service and love the products we have purchased from Andrew James.

I enquired about replacement filters for my cafetière which was purchased via Amazon. Within a few hours they responded and are sending me out new filters. Extremely prompt and efficient customer service, so rare these days! Katrina was very polite and helpful.

Not the Manufacturer just an expensive badge on someone else's cheap product so when it fails they are utterly useless.
There is a common problem with your ice maker. The water level sensor stops working. No water mean no function. I contacted your support. I was told you don't make the ice maker so you can't provide any spare parts. In effect an appliance that could be repaired is now land fill for want of a part that probably costs less than a £1.

My halogen oven stopped working before 2 months. It had a 2 year warranty. The light came on but no heat. With it you get a spare halogen bulb. Bulb is a misnomer. It makes you think it is an easy fit like a light bulb. It is more an element. I contacted Andrew James and they insisted ( 3 times) that because they send a 'bulb' with it they do not have to do anything else. I had a go myself and the whole thing is flimsy and difficult to do. I am 78 and have been without the oven for weeks. Things in the fridge are past their use by date. I have had to cook pizza in a frying pan.....cheese everywhere! I called an electrician but they would charge a call out charge of £75. The oven cost less than that .I believe the oven is dangerous as I have mended it but have to use it. Avoid this company at all costs.

Bought a 5.5l mixer for my daughter, she was very pleased with it, lots of cake and bread made!

I reached out to them in regards to my meat slicer blade becoming blunt after just a few uses, Nicole was amazing and sent a new blade straight away.
I would rate her as 100 out of 10!
The company don't stock spare parts for their small appliances. They couldn't supply me with a new hopper head for my meat grinder, neither could they advise me on another one that would fit. I'll have to buy a new grinder rather than replace what should be a cheap part.
I needed a spare part for my kettle and Nicole has been a great help , communication was very quick by email and her kindness was accepted . I was hoping for some info of where to buy the spare part but, Nicole went out of her way to find me what I needed with her warehouse colleagues and now its in the post for me . Job well done . Thank you so much
I have owned a Andrew James halogen oven since 2018 and I have used it daily. It has proved to always produce great tasting food.
You have to replace the main bulb every few years and I recently struggled to find a replacement. Nicole, the customer services team manager was fantastic in sourcing a replacement as I couldn't bear to be without my oven.

Replacement block nut
Moving house I lost the block nut for my slicer and very quickly another replacement has been found and sent to me. Excellent service rarely seen these days

Ive been using and loving my AJ Ice cream machine for years, but the lid got dropped and cracked. Andrew James customer services were very quick to respond when I messaged them about a replacement, and sent me a new one. Many thanks Nicole, my expectations have been far exceeded!
I had a problem with a faulty power cable for my grill. I contacted customer service through the website and within 30 minutes I had a response from a Customer Services Manager called Nicole Madeley. She handled my issue professionally, efficiently and quickly. By mid afternoon the same day I had confirmation that a replacement part was ordered under warranty and would be with me in 3-5 working days. First class service, thanks.

The quality of the Andrew James products have gone downhill I’m afraid. And customer service is not as good either. The ice cream maker broke and they sent me a new part out. I recently bought a Halogen oven to replace the previous Andrew James one but the quality of it is no where near as good. It was very loud and then the temperature control packed up I messaged them about it and I’m still awaiting a reply. I got in touch with Amazon where I got it from and they gave me a refund. I won’t be buying anymore Andrew James products in future such a shame
Bought halogen oven and induction hob previously and are still going strong. Great for my small kitchen and cooking

No faults to find
I volunteer at a repair cafe and a person brought in a small oven with 2 hob rings.
This device was so dangerously wired, missing insulators, no heat proof wiring that had cracked and melted. The switching on the neutral line.
We didnt repair the broken thermostat due to the poor wiring.
Found the customer service great emailed them with my issue and once I supplied the information they requested the part was located and dispatched. Couldn't do enough to help me nice to experience a company they go beyond. Thanks again
