The bowl of my halogen oven cracked in use after several years of service. I emailed the Andrew James Group Customer Services having been unable to locate a replacement bowl on line.

Keith Roberts emailed me the following day for details and although the oven was well out of guarentee, promptly sent a free replacement bowl.

Such outstanding customer relations deserves widespread recognition.

What a pleasure it has been to deal with this company. Not only are their products really, really good, but their customer service is exemplary. I recently had occasion to contact Andrew James' customer service team for some help. Keith's customer facing skills are truly impressive. He responded very promptly to emails, and went way beyond the call of duty to sort out my problem. Such good customer service is rare these days, so ... thank you so much, Keith.

Our ice machine recently broke. Even though it was quite near the end of the guarantee, Andrew James replaced it with no questions asked.

There were a few emails back and forth , and they answered all my questions speedily and with no problem at all.
The one thing I would say, is that replacement packaging being supplied would be great. I struggled to find a big/strong enough box.

We had an ice maker that was 15 months old, I sent them a message and received a pre paid postage label to return the item, once posted a replacement item was sent out, no quibbles, excellent customer service by Nicole who was very efficient and helpful 5🌟

Very swift to reply to my emails. Follow up was very uplifting as they are replacing a part for me that i could not find anywhere for my halogen oven.

I bought an ice cream maker 2 years ago but lost the paddle. I contacted the company and they arranged to send me one with no problem. The response time was very speedy and polite with clear communication. Very refreshing to find excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company. .

Customer service is excellent, Keith was extremely helpful in sourcing a new paddle that I lost for my ice cream maker, it wasn’t a stock item but he went above and beyond and found one. It was sent to me free of charge, even free postage. Saving my item from being thrown in the bin as it’s unusable without the paddle.

Just bought Easy Hang hanger and having problems trying to secure it.
Company completely unreachable. Their advertised email has just been returned undeliverable.
Telephone number printed on the brochure separate company and cannot assist.

I contacted customer service to ask if I could purchase a new lid for my coffee grinder I damaged it while trying to remove a label, they very kindly are going to send me a replacement at no extra charge. The customer service I’ve received is second to none and I would recommend Andrew James products to anyone quality items and excellent customer service

I contacted Andrew James to enquire about a replacement bulb for their Digital Halogen Oven with hinged lid, I've owned this oven for several years and have found it far superior to previous ovens I've owned. When originally purchased it came with a spare bulb, but because the original bulb lasted so long before it failed, the spare bulb was nowhere to be found. I was absolutely flabbergasted when the company sent me a replacement bulb completely free of charge! Their customer service is above and beyond what l have ever experienced, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others, and I thank them for their generosity and kindness.

I have been most impressed by Andrew James and in particular Nicole the customer service manager.

I bought an electric BBQ from them over 2 years ago (outside the warranty) and when I went to use it there was a problem with the electrical lead. I contacted AJ and they were able source and send a replacement without any charge. Well done Nicole and thank you!

Needed replacement halogen oven bulbs and couldn't find any to buy, so they've sent me two.

What an excellent customer service. I brought a new mixer which after one use had a fault. Contacted customer service who couldn’t have been any more helpful and within 3 days my new replacement had arrived. I have brought different products from them over the years and they are always helpful.
Would highly recommend them.

I emailed them because a component of my 5-year-old kettle was broken and they replied straight away, they were super nice, and sent me the replacement part very quickly - which meant I didn't have to buy a new kettle and waste the old one that was working well. Excellent customer service!

Excellent customer service.

I had a halogen oven, purchased via Amazon. After 19 months, the fan failed. I emailed Andrew James and got a prompt reply. I hadn't expected the warranty to last for 24 months, but with an absolute minimum of fuss they shipped a replacement oven to me overnight.
