Fantastic agency in Kew. I worked with many agents there through selling a property and trying to buy a new one. When selling i mostly worked with Simon who has been exceptional at getting those buyers in and helping the chain to work out, when it didn't he persevered to find new buyers and ultimately helped to get to completion. Highly recommend this agency and Simon. They have exceptional knowledge of the area and are very professional to get things done!

Antony Roberts managed the let of our home in Kew for over three years whilst we were abroad. All aspects of their work, from attracting and assessimg would-be tenants to the day to day management of the tenancy, were excellent. They kept us very well informed and always balanced our interests with those of the tenants with great professionalism.
The team was responsive to any matters raised by us or our tenants and had access to a group of skilled artisans able to deal with every issue that arose. Knowing that they were managing our home gave us great peace of mind and we would use Antony Roberts again without question.

Antony Roberts Richmond Sales team achieved a good price on our properties to well-matched buyers. The initial market appraisal demonstrated their depth of experience and knowledge of the Richmond market, including the options to develop conservation area properties. Their property listings included good quality photos, floor plans (all loft space) and the use of CGI in unfurnished rooms. The back office admin was efficient and helpful at all times. The sales negotiators were personable and highly professional and there were senior managers available to support them. All of our viewers were 'pre-qualified', based upon Antony Roberts taking time to understand the buyer's overall requirements for a property rather than just focusing on budget range and showing 'everything to everyone'. We received regular, detailed feedback on viewings from all members of the team. Christopher and James helped us to negotiate a fair sales price from the offers received and followed through to successful exchange and completion.

Toby kept us well informed every step of the way which was very reassuring. When he said he’d call back he kept his word. Messages left for him were relayed promptly.

Absolutely horrendous company, extorting tenants and don’t manage the property at all, avoid like the plague!

James Hobley provided an excellent service He was very professional and helpful and made the buying process as easy and straightforward as it could possibly be. We highly recommend him and Antony Roberts in Richmond.

What was clear was Phil's experience (and that of the office) trumped others in the chain, so we were able to get things done and get our purchase over the line.
