The jewelry is nice looking and feels solid. I have been wearing mine for 3 weeks and no issues whatsoever.
My earrings arrived damaged, I emailed the company with a picture of the item and they responded the next day and sent a new pair. That’s the reason I’m giving them 5 star rating.

The customer service that I had experience with went above and beyond to help an issue I had. I took the on line quiz and was paired to Hecate so I had ordered the necklace and earring. Was not disappointed, the chain and earrings are beautiful and have a lot of detail on a the medallion.

DO NOT BUY. DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH APOLLONIA!

My necklace and earrings were not as advertised. The gold tone of the earrings looks cheap and tacky, and the earrings shown on the model in one of the product photos were different from the ones I received. That photo has since been removed. I wonder why?

The necklace flips over, and numerous other customer reviews report the same issue.

What makes this worse is the returns policy. APOLLONIA advertises:

“What if I don't like it? Then we make it right. You have 30 days to return it, no stress, no long explanations needed.”

Yet the actual returns process is anything but hassle-free, with requests for photos and customers potentially having to pay return postage.

APOLLONIA team, this is why I called it a scam. Your promises of easy returns contradict the experience customers face. When product photos or website wording change, customers who haven't taken screenshots have no way to prove what was originally advertised.

Customers deserve honest advertising, clear returns policies and products that match their photographs. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from APOLLONIA again.

Excellent Customer Service and a Company That Listens

My first two sets of Apollonia earrings unfortunately arrived damaged due to issues with the attachments.

I contacted Apollonia Customer Care and dealt with Simona, who was attentive, professional, and genuinely interested in resolving the problem.

Rather than simply sending another replacement, Apollonia discussed improvements to the attachment design and packaging.

My latest replacement arrived safely, and I was extremely impressed. The earrings look fantastic, and the new presentation box and packaging are beautiful.

What impressed me most was the willingness to listen to customer feedback and make improvements.

Although my initial experience was frustrating, Simona's customer service and Apollonia's response turned it into a very positive experience.

I found me!!! I got the Medusa necklace and earrings wow they are beautiful and I feel so powerful and confident wearing them, they arrived last week just amazing I'd like to get the Hecate next. Doing the quiz was fun too the jewellery is so beautiful I've already had complaints.

The Hecate necklace I got is beautiful. The quality is superb and the necklace is absolutely gorgeous. Shipping took a little while but it was worth it. Love my necklace.

I love my pendant and bought the matching earrings - getting tons of compliments on both. When one of the earrings broke, I reached out to customer support and received a reply same day. They dispatched a replacement immediately which just arrived. Really happy with the experience!

I ordered the Athena earrings in Gold. I got exactly what I ordered from them.

I have the Medusa necklace and I am very happy with it. It's really striking and chimes with survival and resilience in the face of so much ill treatment that all of us women endure. I will wear it to remind me of that. Keep the faith sisters.

I got the Cleopatra necklace, it’s so beautiful it’s good quality it’s now my favorite necklace! I loved the fact that I did a little quiz before to know which Goddess I was first according to my responses and i related so much to the story of the Goddess at the end it’s so genius i love it so much and I 100% recommend it!! The order went perfectly well even if I live in Canada!! I loved my experience here and I will purchase again for sure!!

If you had asked me to write a review about a month or so ago, I would have given 3 stars. However, I have had exceptional customer service so they get 5 stars from me! I ordered the Hecate earrings and necklace, which I LOVE btw. When they arrived, they were packaged in plastic baggies in a bubble mailer. Already not impressed. Opened it up to find one of the earrings were broken. I had reviewed the return/exchange policy, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I reached out to customer service, sent pictures of the broken earring, and received a response within 24 hours. They were sending me a replacement pair of earrings. It did take a little while to receive them, but they arrived today. They were beautifully packaged in a lovely box, which I was pleasantly surprised. The communication and response time was top tier, at least, in my experience. I would absolutely purchase from them again!

I have been looking for a piece of jewelry I can wear to highlight my inner feminine power. This necklace does just that. I have gotten lots of compliments about it. I love the way it makes me feel when I wear it. I feel more like my empowered self.

Very unhelpful and just interested in grabbing my money with absolutely no customer care skills once an issue was flagged up to them, i would certainly not recommend them to anybody

I ordered earrings and the necklace, I would have also bought bracelets if they has them. After a month of wearing them almost everyday a pendant snapped off, I was barely handling it at all and I was actually wearing it on my ear at the time.
I immediately sent an email, and within 24 hrs, they are claiming to be sending me a new pair, if that pair arrives, I will be very pleased! So far so good. Maybe I’ll attach the broken pendant to a bracelet and I’ll have my fantasy set!
