Once again Autohome have gone above and beyond broke down on the A5 recovered home within hour and a half. Recovery man friendly and very professional Thank you once again. Controller was friendly helpful and attentive credit to you all

Dan was exceptional today, made life very easy for myself especially with my children with me, first thing he made sure of was that we was safe and not on the road. I was kept up to date with the whole recovery process, from picking my car up, to the location and drop off. Thank you Dan, and happy Halloween

Oh dear, my second breakdown in two / three weeks!! This time I had my 5 year old granddaughter in my car with me! (School pickup)
Imagine my anxiety and stress as turning on my engine there was no power!! I firstly called family to ensure my granddaughter was collected from me. Then dialled fantastic Autohome. A warm, friendly, helpful, professional response from John. He quickly established where I was.
When I asked if as part of recovery they could drop me at or near home before my car going to my preferred mechanic, John said he would talk to Able Assist. He did and negotiated that if it was needed that would happen. Amazing.

John kept me well informed and checked several times I was OK.

Able Assist were the partners who came again to rescue me. Chris then Ljke kept me informed. My wait wasn't bad considering the delays on the A45.
Luke arrived, explained everything to me. He actually got my car going. Battery problem!! He took time to explain everything in simple terms and waited until I was confident to drive home. He said to keep my engine running after short journeys. (The battery is the original to my car, 8 years old. Being changed today!)

You'll see two recent reviews ftom me now. Ive taken the time to write a review again because Autohome have been consistently amazing. So professional and reliable. As an older female safety is so important to me to have an amazing breakdown cover company is important.
John in the office was totally customer focused and had excellent Customer care skills.
Lauren also took a call from me in this event and was helpful too.

Our Mini’s tyre blowout caused us some grief, but Autohome coordinated everything brilliantly. Within 15 minutes the tow truck arrived, and took us and the Mini straight to our local garage for a tyre replacement. Getting us, and the Mini, back on the road was as painless as it could be made. Full marks!

Left work to a flat tyre, contacted Autohome. My policy had cancelled, I didn’t have my bank card on me to pay the renewal. Not a problem for Autohome, they arranged recovery of my Car and allowed me to make the payment for my policy when I got home.
Had several phone calls from Customer Service Team to update me on status of the recovery vehicle and to ensure I had got home safely.

I wanted to say a big thank you to all of you, and particularly the 2 young ladies who answered my calls for help when I recently called for help when I punctured my tyre on a pot hole.
The service I received that evening was exemplary from the call handler who called me 3 or 4 times to tell me what was happening and finally to check that the job had been completed, to the 2 breakdown engineers who came to help me. I cannot fault the service I received, and would definitely recommend Autohome to anyone.
