I bought the 8-in-1 indoor playground set for my 2yr old son and he loves it. I was originally looking for a soft play set but I felt that he was going to grow out of that fast. Considering the playset was on sale made this purchase definitely easier on my wallet. I'll be looking to expand his playroom further with other Avenlur products.

I placed an order while nursing in the middle of the night and completely messed up and ordered the wrong item. Customer service was amazing and fast in walking me through the process to make sure I got the items I wanted and even honored the promotion. Great experience and will be ordering again!

I woukd like to change my review as they made everything right and the customer service was very good. There aren't many people working there sonics hard for them to contact everyone. The woman helped me fix everything.

We ordered a sensory swing to go with the wood indoor playground we purchased. The swing was advertised with the play ground. The swing came with no instructions and no pictures. We hung it, closed the clasps and pulled to ensure it would hold our kids. The first time one of our kids sat on it (she is 22 pounds) the swing fell with her in it. To make matters worse, Avenlur took weeks to respond. When they did, there was no resolution. I wrote back, expressing my dissatisfaction. Instead of resolving the issue by sending the instructions and a photo, they wanted us to take a video and pictures. We are a busy early intervention center that has purchased several items from Avenlur. It is clear that they care about sales and not so much about client retention or their very young clients' well-being. Avenlur has lost our business.

I purchased their outdoor hawthorn play structure. I had high hopes for this play structure but sadly it is disentegrating and not going to last. When I first purchased this item, they used to have a 10 year warranty. Now I see they advertise the warranty for 5 years. They are ignoring my issues so don’t even bother since they don’t even honor any warranty.

We love our wall gym, I have three girls aged 7, 4, and 1. All the of my girls are able to play on the gym and it has been such a wonderful addition to our toy room (without adding any actual toys)

Received broken product. Tried calling and emailing multiple times and no response. Warranty is only 30 days. Will consider this a scam website

We got the Avenlur Water Table for my kid and has been an absolutely amazing addition to our home! Not only is it a fun and engaging toy, but it has truly helped meet my kids’ sensory needs in such a meaningful way. The design encourages hands-on play, water exploration, and calming sensory input—perfect for children who benefit from sensory support. Also, their customer service is the best. Every time I reached out to them, they were able to help me with no hesitation. The representatives were kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with our experience. It’s rare to find a company that stands so strongly behind their products and treats their customers like a priority. I highly recommend the Avenlur Water Table to anyone!!!!

Great costumer service, great playground my kids love it still after 2+yrs

The customer service was fantastic. not only did Avenlur replace the part but they helped me register my product as well. The water table is great quality and a fantastic addition to our home. I look forward to getting more Avenlur products.

They have been extremely helpful with customer service and have provided us with extremely safe and sturdy gyms! My kids have been able to play for hours and couldn’t be happier!

I absolutely love this kids table with four chairs! It’s the perfect size for little ones and has quickly become the favorite spot for everything from snack time to art projects. The design is sturdy, safe, and stylish—ideal for young children. Assembly was simple and the quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this table set to any parent or caregiver looking for a functional and adorable space for kids to play and learn!

The assembly of these products is insanely complicated first of all. So if you’re considering buying from them, hire a master carpenter and make sure you have HOURS to but it together, even with an expert. Search YouTube for videos of how to put the exact item you’re considering to see what I mean.

The boxes are very heavy so beware of that but if they were a good company I’d be fine with that.

Know that if you need to reach customer service for any problem you may have, it’s very difficult to get in touch with them. If you email them they MIGHT get back to you in a few weeks. I contacted them to return a product BEFORE the deadline to return. When they responded with “ Hello,

May I know the reason for the return? Is there something wrong with what you have ordered? Also, please let us know if the box has been opened and if the set has been assembled. We'd like to further assist you.” I answered within 3 hours, I followed up multiple times asking for a return label, only to get this response:

“Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We understand the importance of ensuring your son's safety and the stress that assembling these products might cause. Unfortunately, it shows that the window for return has already expired and it is too late to accept a return. I am sorry about that. You could possibly re-sell it, gift it, or donate it if you decide you do not want it anymore. Or you could acquire some help to assemble it, and you may find it suits your specifics needs. Please let us know if you need any other assistance.

We apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you. Please let us know if you need any further assistance or if there are any other concerns we can help address.”

JAW DROP. They delayed communication so that they wouldn’t have to send the return label and issue a refund which is not good customer service at all. IF I don’t want it?! I asked for a refund because I didn’t want it! But I could not believe they would suggest “maybe you could resell or donate it.” I spent almost $1k buying what I thought would be great products for my kids and I was ready to sing their praises but because of of their way of doing business and how they treated me, I’m letting everyone possible know how terrible of a company I think they are. All of the products I ordered are still in boxes because I’m so angry with Avenlur I can’t even look at the products without wanting to smash them.
Save yourself money, stress and anger management classes and avoid this company at all costs!

Amazing product and amazing customer service we love our wall gym

Hammock swing rope arrived damaged. Reported damage and got an AI response that my message was received but that’s it. Also there is no way to attach the hammock to the swing set and no instruction with product or online. Avenlur made good on the swing. I only wanted a new rope and they sent me a new swing.
