We're sorry to hear that the pieces didn't meet your expectations.

Our jewellery is made from stainless steel and finished with PVD plating, designed to offer durable, waterproof jewellery at an accessible price point. Every order is also covered by our lifetime warranty.

Like many international jewellery brands, we work with manufacturing and logistics partners abroad. Regardless of where an order is manufactured or shipped from, our products are sold under the Bailey Amsterdam brand and are subject to our own product standards and warranty.

We understand that quality and design can be personal, and we're sorry these particular pieces weren't the right fit for you. You can always return your items, may you not like them.

We’re sorry to see this review, particularly as you mention that your first experience with us was positive and that you were happy with our customer service.

We would, however, like to correct an important claim made in your review.

Bailey Amsterdam is not AliExpress and we are not “AliExpress under a different name.” Our orders are fulfilled for Bailey Amsterdam and our jewellery is sent with Bailey Amsterdam branded packaging, including our own jewellery pouches.

The shipping information or logistics references appearing on an international parcel do not mean that AliExpress is the seller of the order. International shipments can involve external fulfilment and logistics partners throughout the delivery process.

Regarding your replacement ring, when there was an issue with your original item, we arranged and shipped a replacement completely free of charge. Unfortunately, that shipment was eventually returned after remaining available for collection. We understand that the local carrier's communication regarding the pickup location could have been clearer.

We fully respect your right to share your opinion about the product or your delivery experience. However, the statement that Bailey Amsterdam is “actually AliExpress” and is operating as “AliExpress under a different name” is simply not correct.

We have assisted you from the beginning and remain available should you need further help.

We’re sorry to see our company described as a “fraud,” as this does not reflect what has happened with your order.

Your original parcel was shipped, but unfortunately the local delivery carrier was unable to complete the delivery.

Since then, we have repeatedly offered to send your complete order again at no additional cost. This solution was offered to you on multiple occasions, and a replacement shipment has now been arranged.

For this reason, the statements that we “refuse to help” and “simply keep your money” do not accurately reflect the situation. We have remained in contact, offered a free replacement several times, and have now proceeded with that solution.

Regarding Facebook, your account was not blocked for leaving a negative opinion. It was blocked after 10's repeated comments about the same dispute were posted across our Facebook content, along with reacting on other people under our comment section. We'd like to keep a positive and respectful environment.

We fully respect your right to share your experience, including a negative one. However, we also believe it is important that the complete circumstances and the solutions we have offered are represented accurately.

We hope the replacement shipment brings this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.

We’re sorry to see this review, as it does not reflect the full circumstances of your order or the assistance we have provided.

Your original parcel could not be delivered because nobody was available at the time of the delivery attempt. It was subsequently held for collection and, after it was not collected within the required timeframe, the carrier marked the parcel as destroyed.

Despite this, at our own expense and as a gesture of goodwill, we sent you a completely new replacement order. We also included an additional item free of charge, meaning two Hayla rings were shipped to you.

You subsequently informed us that this replacement order had also never been received and publicly accused us of providing false and misleading information.

However, we have now received confirmation directly from the local carrier that replacement parcel 1UKT24521143057 was successfully collected from the Sameday easybox. This is not simply a general “delivered” tracking status; the carrier specifically confirms that the parcel was collected from the easybox.

Throughout this entire situation, we have acted in good faith. We sent a complete replacement at our own expense, included an additional free item, provided the tracking information available to us, and continued assisting you.

Given the carrier's confirmation that the replacement parcel was successfully collected, we strongly disagree with the statement in this review that all you have received from us is “lies and misleading information.”

We have contacted you directly regarding the carrier's collection confirmation and have asked for clarification.

We’re sorry to see this review and would like to clarify a few points.

We fully respect that you may have been disappointed with the product or felt that it did not meet your expectations. However, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that Bailey Amsterdam is a “scam.”

The claim that the necklace was “sourced for £7.10 on AliExpress” is also not something that can be established simply by searching a code and finding a similar product online. Similar or identical-looking designs can be offered by many different sellers and manufacturers.

Regarding your refund request, our customer service team responded based on the circumstances of the order and the information available at the time. We have never intended to mislead you or avoid assisting you.

We take customer satisfaction seriously and would much rather resolve concerns directly than leave a customer dissatisfied. Please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can review the situation again and see what appropriate solution can be offered.
