Beautiful jewelry and excellent quality! Everything arrived in perfect condition, and the pieces are even more beautiful in person. I also loved the individual travel pouches—they are perfect for keeping the jewelry safe while traveling. My only suggestion would be to let customers know that international delivery may take longer than expected. But it is definitely worth the wait! ❤️

Der Schmuck sieht auf den ersten Blick schön aus, ist qualitativ aber leider minderwertig. Von fünf bestellten Ringen haben zwei innerhalb der ersten Woche ihre Steine verloren. Der gelieferte Ersatz war nicht besser: Hier fiel der Stein schon beim Auspacken ab und musste von uns selbst angeklebt werden. Es wird mit hoher Qualität geworben, aber die Ware wird billig aus China verschickt und hat nichts mit Amsterdam zu tun. Für diese Preise eine absolute Frechheit. Werde hier nie wieder bestellen.

Received my rings today and absolutely love them, one was damaged in transit but I emailed to let them know and straight away I had a email back to say they had sent another one out to replace it. I will most definitely be buying more.

Ich bin leider extrem enttäuscht und kann aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen keine positive Bewertung abgeben.

Ich habe Schmuck bestellt, der auf den Produktbildern hochwertig und schön verarbeitet aussah. Als die Bestellung ankam, war ich jedoch schockiert. Die Qualität hatte überhaupt nichts mit den Bildern zu tun. Der Schmuck wirkte sehr billig verarbeitet und entsprach meiner Meinung nach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, die durch den Onlineshop vermittelt wurden. Ich habe mich als Verbraucherin leider stark getäuscht gefühlt.

Aus diesem Grund habe ich die komplette Bestellung (Bestellnummer #39921) direkt nach Erhalt zurückgeschickt. Für den Rückversand musste ich zusätzlich 11 € bezahlen. Den Rücksendebeleg habe ich selbstverständlich eingereicht und mehrfach nachgewiesen, dass die Ware zurückgesendet wurde.

Trotzdem warte ich seit April 2026 auf die Erstattung meines Geldes. Bis heute habe ich keine vernünftige Rückmeldung erhalten. Statt einer Lösung werde ich immer wieder vertröstet oder bekomme gar keine hilfreiche Antwort.

Aktuell fehlen mir rund 100 €, die ich als Studentin nicht einfach entbehren kann. Es ist unglaublich frustrierend, so lange auf eine berechtigte Rückerstattung warten zu müssen, obwohl ich alle erforderlichen Nachweise erbracht habe.

Ich wünsche mir nichts weiter als die Erstattung des mir zustehenden Betrags. Der Kundenservice und der Umgang mit meinem Anliegen sind für mich äußerst enttäuschend. Ich hoffe sehr, dass mein Fall endlich bearbeitet wird und ich mein Geld zurückerhalte.
