Resposta da Batanaful Haircare
Hi Madina,
Really sorry you feel this way.
We always endeavour to provide excellent customer service and even on this occasion we feel we did not drop below our standards.
You actually placed your order on 09/11/2020. Your order was processed and dispatched on 11/11/2020 via Royal Mail 2nd class 2-3 days as stated on our website.
You contacted us on 12/11/2020 to say that your order had not arrived. You was kindly advised that as stated on our website delivery usually takes 2-3 days.
You then contacted us again on Sunday 15/11/2020 having still not received your order. We replied promptly and said we would have a replacement order sent out via Royal Mail 1st class Signed for, in which you replied “Thank You.”
True to our word a replacement order was processed, dispatched the following day Monday 16/11/2020 and you was provided with proof of postage and tracking number. You contacted us again on 17/11/2020 whilst your order tracking status was in transit, to say your item had not arrived and that you would like a full refund.
Kind Regards
Batanaful

GREAT OIL
I have never heard of this oil before but decided to try due to its advertising on being able to grow hair. Ive been natural for 10 years now however, my hair felt like it stopped growing. Ive been using this for 1 month and i already have grown a few inches.
Definately will purchase again
