Kevin impressed me with the assurance of an installation using the best equipment and materials and the works being carried out by an experienced and very competent installation team. He outlined everything that was included in the contract price including removal of existing equipment and materials, and preparations for and installion of all new equipment, including scheduling and durations of work components.

Kevin was a delight. We appreciated the care with which he explained our options and how the project would be run, and we're looking forward to seeing the installation.

From the first contact with Paul, I sensed I was in safe hands and was not disappointed. On his first visit, he quickly gauged my needs and financial situation and accommodated the order accordingly without making me feel a second rate customer. It took quite a while to finalise my order as I decided to go for a wet room in the end. I was advised that carers must have easy access so did away with the screen.

There was no pressure to complete the order which I appreciated as other family members were involved. Finance provided made it possible.

It was providential that I decided on a wet room as I had a second stroke while they were busy installing the new bathroom and had to be admitted to hospital for over a week. I said it saved me finding alternative bathroom arrangements!

When I came home to enjoy the finished product, I was delighted with its new look and, more importantly, the safe function of my bathroom, suited to my changed needs. The plumber team, father and son, carried out their work swiftly and inspired confidence at all times. They came back as soon as I was home to adjust the seat and show me how to work the shower.

I am very satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. The only problem I am having is with the boiler regulation of the temperature of the shower which is longstanding. There is also a problem switching from the hand-held shower to the overhead one as there is a head of cold water in the pipe and I have a cold shower in the middle! Nick came out to iron out a few teething problems and advise the best use of the shower.

I couldn’t have wished for a better team to install my new bathroom.

All went according to plan. The fitter was extremely good, and very pleasant. He worked very hard, and completed the task within the expected time scale.

From the first phonecall everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Kevin was happy to work within our budget, we never felt pressured and he was very helpful in sourcing products that suited our needs and at good prices. Dominique was friendly on the end of the phone and was happy to arrange extras as we needed them. The installation team was great, on time, tidy, and the new shower room is just as good as we'd hoped and all completed in the time scheduled.

Saw ad in local community magazine and made contact with BMAS. Sales rep visited house for consultation and provided suggestions and quote followed up by a visit to their showroom in Braehead where their sales lady was most helpful with our selection as was their sales rep. On site the team could not have been bettered - most proficient with each element of the project. Nothing was too much bother. We are delighted with our new wet room.

Our wet room project began with a visit from Steve, who loves his work and brings long experience in finding creative solutions. Alex did the fitting. He is a hard-working, skilled and considerate young man. The other members of the team, the electrician and floor fitter also did excellent work. Our experience was a pleasant one, and we have an attractive and practical wet room which will make a big difference in my caring for my disabled husband. Well done everyone.

The whole experience was great from the beginning to end. The men doing the job were respectful throughout and the work was excellent.

The team were professional, courteous and respectful of my property. The work was completed on time with minimal disruption to my daily routine. A very efficient and professional process I was kept informed everyday on the process and progress. Satisfaction Delivered!

BMAS were giving us a complete bathroom make-over which included removing the existing bath and installing a walk-in shower. They delivered a very professional service with the work being done efficiently and to a high standard. We are exttremely pleased with the result. All the staff involved from Sales (Paul), Administration (Dominique) and Installation (Christian) were super friendly and efficient. Christian deserves a special mention arriving on the Monday and working diligently until the job was completed to everyone's satisfaction.
We would not hesitate to use this firm again or to recommend them to others.

We are delighted with our new wetroom. Gary and Graham from BMAS were friendly, experienced and respectful. They kept us informed at every stage of the job. We were impressed with BMAS who managed the project overall with the additional tradesmen (electricians and flooring) arriving at the right time and completing an equally professional job. We are happy to recommend BMAS particularly for anyone wanting to convert their bathroom to a more easily managed wetroom.

Steve found creative, interesting solutions for the renovation and redesign of our bathroom. Having a walk-in shower has been a huge improvement. It's been a year since the work was done and apart from a couple teething problems which were promptly resolved there have been no issues. Would recommend BMAS Hitchin unequivocally.

Excellent service. Thanks to Steve who designed our wet room, and Alex who did the work. My partner has mobility problems, and the new layout is easy for him to access. And it looks superb. Steve made some excellent suggestions for things that I would not have thought of on my own. Could not be more pleased with the finished bathroom.

Martin and Alan worked incredibly hard all week. They left everything neat and tidy every day and at the finish of the project.
The finished bathroom looks amazing with great quality equipment.
