Total disorganisation. Where to start. Dreadful, dreadful workmanship. The work had to be completely redone for a wet room for my dying son in law who never saw the benefit. It remains a room that cannot be used without leaks, dropped ceiling etc., etc., the list is endless of errors, workman not caring and causing even more distress to a terminally ill man who had already had a leg amputated and never did have a shower he could use up to date of dying. His family are left with this useless room and grieving too. More money, not now available, will in due course be required to make this a useable wet room. The toilet is seatless even where it fell off. You have been warned about using this company which I cannot believe is still trading.

Our shower room was installed in April 2025 and we have been pursuing a complaint with the company regarding poor fitting and issues with flooring since then. WE have had a leak resulting in an insurance claim and as of 20/12/25 are still in dispute
The work was done with as little disruption as possible. The workmen arrived on time every morning and the finished bathroom was faultless.

Bathing Solutions recently completed our new bathroom. It is dramatically different and a delight to use. The service received from each member of the team was impeccable. Tim, the sales advisor was through and patient with his initial explanation of the design. Ravinder, the surveyor completed through checks and advised accordingly. The installer Bogdan's (Bob) workmanship was excellent and he was always punctual. The electrician was also excellent. Amy, from customer services called on a daily basis regarding progress, she was helpful and polite. Finally, Oakley Waste collected the rubbish on the last day and were efficient with removing it. Overall, this company is highly recommended.

We asked Bathing Solutions to replace our old bath and shower with a walk in shower and to spruce up our bathroom. The salesman and surveyor both did good jobs in telling us what was available and achievable. Chris, the bathroom fitter, did a tremendous job in creating the effect that we wanted, despite having to overcome some hurdles. All of the rubbish was collected the day after completion. Despite anxiety with health issues in the home, the whole procedure from the initial first meeting to discuss our needs the surveyor who arrived to check sizes. To Yvonne who phoned every morning to check we were ok and finally Joe who built our amazing bathroom to suit our needs. He is amazing and professional with everything he did..

The company & installer provided a exellent service. I was contacted daily about progression of installation and with updates. The fitter Nick (212647) arrived timely each day was courteus and did a thourouly professional job. I was extremely pleased with the work completed

Initially I was seen by an advisor who gave good advice on equipment to aid safer bathing.
The Project manager/ Surveyor visited next. However, it was not explained, that I would need to step up 5cm on to the shower platform. Having Scolliosis means steps are difficult me. A pole was ordered, but the fitter explained this was not a safe, as it would not support body weight. I had understood that I would have a ridge to step over. She dismissed the fact that I had an awkward sewer, which left the brilliant fitter with a difficult job to fit the particular toilet ordered.
I had been informed by letter of the start date, which was the same as the delivery man had expected. No one turned up. I phoned and was told I would be rung back by the project manager. I had to ring again in mid afternoon.
A fitter arrived 2.5 days later and work started. Both Luke and Alex were really good. They worked hard and were really considerate at all times. They always left me with a functioning loo overnight.
They finished, but my front garden was covered with all the rubbish for 3 weeks. Two extra wall panels had been ordered and a pole that were surplus. They ran the extent of my hallway for over 3 weeks, which meant my front door could not be used. Also no one had been to install the extractor fan. I emailed the project manager twice asking when these matters would be resolved, but had absolutely no response. I allowed a week for her to reply to the first email. I was getting quite bothered. I had been told the job would take 6 days, probably 5. We were up to 3 weeks by then.
I find the telephone difficult, as I am very hard of hearing. However I phoned. The first person I spoke to said they would email me back. They didn't.
I tried again and got Matthew Stone. He was brilliant! He was both sympathetic and dilligent. He got all the above problems sorted for me. He kept in regular communication by email, which is my preferred way. If it hadn't been for him I would have awarded just one star; he deserves ten!
I would also like to mention the Electrician Elliot found by Matthew. He worked hard, has done a good job and was also considerate.
I am pleased with the end result, but I could have done without the stress of how it was going to be completed. I chose this company, rather than my own plumber, to avoid this sort of hassle.
I learned from a neighbour, that if you wanted a lower shower, one would need to excavate the floor to accommodate the pipes. Surely this should have been explained to me?
I realise my deafness meant I couldn't cope with the phone calls from Customer Services, but a lot of elderly people are deaf. It doesn't mean we are not capable of handling our own affairs. Emails and texts are common ways of communicating these days.
I was grieved to discover that the brand new wall panels, the pole, the unsuitable extractor fan are all just dumped. This is so wasteful and I presume I have paid for this. Those wall panels could have covered the rest of my bathroom, but I realise that was not part of the contract.

From the first meeting with matt for doing measurements & then once a date was agreed. Yvonne was on the phone keeping us upto date with all things happening &then Derek the trade man was great very clean &left us with amazing new walk in shower with a very sturdy seat fantastic experience all the way through

From start to finish we had a very professional experience from this company.
We were contacted very quickly after initial inquiry and given a date for the salesperson/demonstrator to come, which was acceptable to us.
Malcoilm Driver came, demonstrated and explained all the products. He measured up and took pictures and made a CAD image for us.
We lovedthe design and although an expensive product it was obviously good quality and the0% finance option suited us.
We then had a visit from the surveyor Paul Tonls, who checked everything and indeed uprated the shower for us. We were expecting an after Christmas fitting but Paul found a slot and Mark Collins came and fitted the shower.
He was a very good workman, clean, tidy and efficient.
Everything was explained and all is working well.
Highly recommend him.
The rubbish and waste was cleared very efficiently on the day after completion
We are very happy with our new walk in shower and it looks amazing.

We had an Imperial Shower fitted in March 2024, which suited our needs. However, recently the door to floor seals have started leaking. Water leaks underneath and FLOODS bathroom floor. Very DISSAPOINTED that we are now out of guarantee and have to pay for remedial work.

Worst experience & decision I have ever made signing up for a walkin shower with Mobility Plus/Bathing Solutions. They make Trotters Independant Traders look like real professionals. You sign on dotted line, pay your 1st deposit then
wait to be contacted regarding surveyor visit, along with a start date for work to begin. Second deposit is then paid when materials are delivered day before the date fitter due to arrive. Told you'll have a dedicated Project Manager to oversee all is going as it should,& phone call each day to see how things are progressing, but surprise surpise, you're lucky if you see anyone or hear from anyone, you may get visit from a surveyor but thats all. Once any problems arise however, they dont want to know. People you speak to in the office make all sorts excuses by telling you its what you agreed to & also tell you that you dont need this bit or that bit of equipment even tho it all clearly shows on the plans their surveyor had drawn up, but it turned out he had messed up on the measurements. Somebody from their Technical Support Team came after fitter had finished, as when had first shower, had to abruptly finish & ended up having to mop up bathroom floor. No deflector had been fitted to contain the water from escaping onto the floor. Contacted Mobility Plus where office bods told me I didn't need a deflector, which contradicted what their survey initially told me & Ive now been without a proper functioning shower since fitter came on 14th October. Someone from their Technical Support Team came & knew what the problem was instantly. He has now been & installed all the right parts ie. longer screen and a deflector screen which should have all been fitted on 14th October. Mobility Plus/Bathing Solutions seem more interested in pushing you to give 5 star reviews & taking your money more than giving a highly rated & professional service. I'd just say think long & hard before deciding to go with them, & parting with your hard earnt money. Also, dont let their 5 star reviews fool you. I didnt want to give them any stars but had to give 1 star to be able to write review.
A top-quality service carried out by true professionals, from the advisory stage to the final fitting and operational trials of the finished product. The bathroom was a full redesign and and upgrade to useful modern features, carried out by a skilled fitter. Nothing but praise for this company.

We have been very pleased with the whole process; from the initial planning meeting with Tim, the pre-installation visit from Ravinder and especially the installation process by the highly skilled Krzysztof. Also, mention goes to Amy for her daily progress updates and satisfaction checks. Each one was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Special thanks go to Krzysztof whose knowledge and skill enabled him to successfully overcome the problems that he encountered during the installation. He was always calm and worked diligently throughout his time with us. He kept us up to date with his progress, consulted with us throughout, and made some useful suggestions based on his experience with regards to slight adjustments to the plan. The result is a new bathroom with which we are extremely pleased.

From the initial discussions with your representative then the surveyor and the installer, Catalin, we found the experience of installing the new bathroom first class. Everyone in your organisation was friendly and helpful in making sensible suggestions relating to the work and all did what they said they would do including the timing of the job.
A lower cost could no doubt be achieved from a competitor but the higher price was well worthwhile in view of the above and the high quality of workmanship.
I would highly recommend Bathroom Solutions .
