Had 2 bikes from them now, a z900rs from dudley and a s1000r from great Yarmouth, 900 wasn't for me and I pxed it to Yarmouth for the bmw, can't fault them at all, reece and Michael were brilliant.

Was amazing been talking to Richard for about 2 months as I had issues with my deposit but finally got it done he was very fast very friendly he’s a good salesman in future I’d go with Richard again great price and service too

The systems of buying the bike are simple, quick and I only spoke to one person (Tom) who was excellent in manner, politeness and ultra efficient. Saw the bike online at about 10pm the night before, filled out a short form and by 10am the next morning had purchased it. A completely different experience to the other no longer operating bike supplier, the difference is stark and 100% better. Thanks for all your help guys.

Efficient process from start to finish, fair price offered with my motorbike collected a day later. A pleasure to deal with. Recommended.

Really great experience from start to finish, the price offered was in line with my expectations, the whole transaction went smoothly, the SOS driver was very proffesional and explained his part in the process, the interaction with the Bigmoto purchasing manager was really easy, and payment went through quickly, top company to do business with.

Contradicting emails in quick-succession. Lowball offer with further attempts to price-chip on collection. Avoid at all costs if you can.

Edit after BigMoto defence:
Email not wanting bike + email saying transport to collect arranged + no reply when asked to clarify + transportation assumes collection before you decide you wanted.

Under value to a measly £2K and claim to need to take £200 more off for near-microscopic marks on the wheels on a 2022 near mint bike. Hugely disproportionate, hugely insulting.

Sent the transporter away and kept the bike - they too were shocked at BigMoto really taking the pee. Avoid using, if you have to remember you can send the van away without being ripped off further by BM.

Edit2: ‘Damage’, now that’s laughable. Extremely minor mark that even at retail pricing a ‘back to new’ fix is a % of the price chip. Folks - find yourselves respectable traders and deal with them, they work up and down the country too and don’t all wear spurs and stetsons or striped jumpers and masks.

Extremely accommodating and professional service so far. All questions/queries answered, knowledgeable and polite. Deposit only paid at this point and delivery of motorcycle not yet taken, so full service yet to be received. I'm optimistic that everything to follow will be equally good.

Hi all, here is my recent experience with "Big Moto"

Recently I traded my BMW R Nine T, to get the BMW R1200GSA instead . Honestly initially I been sceptical about the "Big Moto" as I never heard about them before , I used "Superbike Factory" and I've got experience of the online bike purchase ,own account ,close up pictures , the progress tracking up to delivery at the door .
What I noticed here with "Big Moto" ,firstly prices ,really adequate evaluation, i don't think you could find a cheaper price anywhere, also a great supportive communication with sales manger (big thank and respect to Josh!) and last but not least after sales customer support ,where I am grateful Neil and Matthew for a huge support and headache free resolving the appeared issues , nice team work.
Getting back to my trade in experience, I've got the bike delivered , my one was checked , so due to logistic I didn't receive the new keeper green slip and the emergency wallet key (duplicate) I contacted the management with this issues before to accept the bike , they promised me to tax the vehicle on behalf of me as apologise gesture and refund for ordering from the factory new emergency key .These guys taxed my motorcycle for the whole year , refunded amount spent on ordered key and also I noticed a rattling noise for 1-3 seconds on the cold start (common stuff on BMW GS) so I ordered the hydraulic cam chain tensioner and been refunded strait next day in the morning.
I also must say , I been very surprised when I found on recent purchased bike factory anti theft alarm and up/down quick shifter not mentioned in the description

P.S With all these things I can say I am totally confident to buy a used motorcycles here, with such a powerful and working like clock team .

Bought a used bike from Big Moto East Anglia. The staff were very friendly but also very professional. They let me take as much time as i needed to look over the bike, know all the details and processed the transaction carefully and thoroughly to make sure they got everything spot on. They even helped me do the tax before riding away as i didn't have a smartphone. Bike came in lovely condition; new oil and filter and they also fitted new brake pads on the rear without me even saying about it. (i had noticed they needed doing). The mechanics were great even when i came back with questions about how the bike was running. Good price for the bike i got. All in all five stars and will definitely be going back to big moto east anglia for my next bike!

I bought the R6 of Yusuf today he’s a lovely gentleman. He convinced me to get the warranty and the tracker for the safety of my bike. I would highly recommend buying off him for the best customer service. Thank you Yusuf.

Assessment guy was great, i was honest so got full offer price, paid immediately, ( but did take a while to show in the account, not their fault) definitely use again.

Overall experience was excellent, customer services support was outstanding. I had an issue post sale with the log book and they went above and beyond to resolve. Couldn’t recommend them any more. Great team
